  “I've had good experiences with the food from here but we've had some problems with orders for a vegetarian a couple of weeks in a row now. One week we were missing an item from the order, the second the build of the burger was totally incorrect. It's a shame as getting an order like that correct, feels like it should be important.”

  “Recently went up to Newcastle thought id try this place out before we leave Newcastle Originally wanted to try out the brisket loaded fries but they either sold out or didnt have it not sure Anyway went with the other options donner loaded fries and the chicken one which the staff recommended The service from the staff was impeccable nothing to fault, Nice atmosphere, warm and welcoming Got the food the price in Newcastle are abit steep from other places I would say that the portion was a very good size but then digging in with the fork i would have to say it was the least generous amount of meat as it was full to the brim with chips hardly any meat. Bit disappointed. Should have just ordered a bag of chips. The food was ok in taste but not enough meat. Overall service staff was nice and friendly.”

  “Another superb burger! Just as last time the smashed patties were spot on. I went for the 'Bacon' burger this time around and added Turkish Doner meat. It looked impressive and went down a treat. Everything was high quality and prepared well. My partner had plain tenders and although I normally end up having most of her chicken when we go for a meal, I only got 1 so that says how good they were I guess! The seasoning on them was pleasant and they were nicely crisp. The ranch dip was delicious as an accompaniment. The staff were lovely and they place is nice for eating in. Although ironically it was freezing when last time it was boiling hot. Not that they can do much about the weather I suppose! Definitely somewhere I'll go plenty of times in the future due to the quality of the burgers but also because I'll very likely get tempted by the monthly specials. Previous visit: Bangin brisket burger! I intended on trying B-D a while ago out when I saw the brisket burger on their menu but was disappointed when they revamped the menu and removed it. So when they announced the 'Braised Brisket' limited edition special I jumped at the opportunity to get my fix! It was as delicious as I hoped and every bite was incredibly satisfying. The flavours were sensational and the meat barely needed chewing. The bun was super soft and also slipped down easily. The patties were cooked nicely, just how smash patties should be. I couldn't fault the burger at all. The chicken tenders were superb as well. Really crispy coating and bathed in tasty sweet BBQ sauce. They did lose their heat a bit due to the sauce but remained crispy. That was probably mostly because the batter was quite thick so the amount of chicken could've been more generous maybe. My partners cheese fries were a generous portion and great quality fries. The paprika seasoning was fantastic too but not spread with much care. I must mention the knackered air con. It was a hot day and the system was just blowing hot air. We moved tables because it was unbearable sat directly under it (still a tad uncomfortable there too though). Plenty of seating available so it was fine. Overall it was amazing food, good service and great value. Highly recommend it.”

  “Great atmosphere, nice place to eat out. Ordered the burger drop platter. Best thing off the menu were the amaaazing ice cream shakes! Worth a try! Rest of the food was good, not the best but maybe because everything was cold. We ordered the grilled onion burger and fire burger. Disappointed with the fire burger- literally zero spice/fire. Otherwise the loaded fries and brisket were good, just gone cold hence diminished the experience. Wings were pretty nice as well.”

  “It's kinda hard to base a review off a delivery so eventually I'll have to come down in person The food is delicious, fresh and tasty and is a great option for a burger place and is up there with the best. Only thing I'd say is it's price. £24 quid for what I got is really good value and worth it, but I think it would reach full value if the loaded fries came as a full box portion sepertate from the wings Doesn't take away the quality though unreal”

  “The beef burger was delicious and the bread was crisp, but the turkey slices were hard to chew. The chicken burger was also delicious, but it was fried in burnt oil and the taste was clear in it. The restaurant in general is great and I think such remarks will be avoided. The place in general is nice and the staff is friendly. Look at the pictures, I think you will like it. Thanks”

  “I went to this place after hearing good things about it especially from my teenage daughter who says it's the place to eat on Instagram. the pictures looked lovely and best of all it was new and also halal. I ordered a large meal about £35 and the burgers you could tell weren't frozen. they were nice and juicy and a little greasy but not overly so. the wings I ordered were spicy and had just the right amount of flavour and went down well with the garlic sauce. I'd give these 9 out of 10. All the meals I ordered were meals..as in I paid extra for chips 🍟 and a soft drink. my only negative part of burger drop was the chips. they were oily and greasy. to be sure I ordered the plain.. *see my photos* and also the spicy versions. maybe they were in a rush but clearly the family weren't too impressed 🤔 I'll definitely be back and hopefully if the chips are fresh and not like this time... I will take it up to 5 stars ✨.”
