  “Amazing place, really lovely inside, child and pet friendly. I'm not from the area, we met with family and had a lovely meal. My son left a special gift he was given on the table and when we called, the staff confirmed it was safe and even offered to post to us at no cost as we live in England. My son was reunited with his gift today and is very pleased. Thank you so much for not only a lovely meal but also sending us back his sentimental plaque he thought was lost. When we are next in Scotland we will most definitely be back!”

  “Had a brilliant time visiting this spot recently. The atmosphere was spot on, and everything we ordered arrived fresh and piping hot. The food was honestly fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the steak pie, which came with a generous portion of chips, carrots, and peas. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. We left feeling full and happy. It is rare to find such a lovely place where the quality is consistently high, so we will definitely be back soon.”

  “Good staff, good seating, delicious food, good helpings, reasonable prices. ONLY drawback is parking. Do away with grit at edge of road in and make more parking spaces side on. Trying to get out of a car on quite a steep hill using two crutches isn’t for the faint hearted. That’s the only thing that stops us being more regular users of this restuarant”
