About Cosy Club
Cosy Club is a British restaurant in the Midsummer Shopping Centre in Milton Keynes, where a 1930s-style interior and staff in vintage costume frame the meal. Booth seating sits among the retro decor and paintings. The kitchen serves breakfast, brunch and lunch menus, and the menu switches to the daytime selection around 12. Arancini comes as a starter, and the mains include a Korean fried chicken burger. Vegetarians choose between two mains, a curry or a burger. A wide cocktail menu runs alongside the food, with the Vespa martini among the options. Dogs are welcome. A service charge is added to the bill.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the cocktails, naming a Vespa martini, a Bloody Mary, a Whisky Sour made off menu and a Spiced Pear Marg, with one praising the care in the bartending. Close behind is the food, with the arancini called tasty and a must have, plus the Korean fried chicken burger, chicken curry and a classic breakfast. Many describe the decor as welcoming, with vintage touches and costumed staff, and several call the staff lovely and friendly. The main complaints are about pace and range. One lunch party waited over an hour for mains, received a steak sandwich requested medium that came half well done with soggy bread, and had a side of mac and cheese that never arrived and was removed from the bill. Another notes only two vegetarian mains and a service charge added without asking, while a family found the breakfast menu thin on pastries, just toast. Some mention a wait for a table at busy times. One birthday diner was brought a complimentary prosecco in a vintage style glass.

“Had lunch with a friend. Sat in a nice, spacious booth with a clean table (literally wet clean). Great menu, loads of variety. Fab cocktail menu too. Food arrived - chicken curry for me and chicken casear salad for my friend - both dishes were presented well, tasted fresh and were good sized portions. Reasonable price for main course and a cocktail each. Food and drinks both arrived quite quickly without feeling rushed. Toilets were clean with some nice artwork on the walls.”

“Had cocktails 28/6 5pm ish and they were all perfectly made. Lovely to see care in bartending, a forgotten craft in most bars. Lovely service too. (Didn’t have food but counting cocktails as food for 5stars) Vespa martini Bloody Mary Whisky Sour (off menu but they made it) Spiced Pear Marg Mango Colada”

“Cosy Club in Milton Keynes, located in the Midsummer Shopping Centre, is easily my favourite spot in the area for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. It is one of those places that consistently delivers a great experience, no matter the time of day. That said, be prepared to wait for a table—most of the time it is busy, and for good reason. Fortunately, it is absolutely worth the wait. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere stands out. The interior, with its eclectic decor and detailed paintings, creates a unique and welcoming setting that reminds me a little of Soho House in London. It has that same relaxed but stylish feel, making it just as suitable for a casual meal as it is for a longer catch-up. The food is genuinely excellent. Whether it is breakfast classics, brunch favourites, or something more substantial for lunch, everything is well-presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care. It is the kind of menu that makes choosing difficult—in a good way. Service is another highlight. The staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, even when the place is at full capacity. A special mention goes to the lad with the long beard, who really stood out for his great attitude and professionalism. Small touches like that make a noticeable difference. Prices are also very reasonable considering the quality of both the food and the overall experience, which adds even more value. Overall, Cosy Club offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, excellent service, and a unique atmosphere. It is a place I will definitely return to—and next time, I fully intend to work my way through every single item on the menu”

“I had the most fantastic meal recently! Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, from the classic breakfast to the Korean fried chicken burger, and the desserts were to die for. The service was spot on, and the atmosphere was so welcoming—definitely added to the experience. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a great bite to eat. You won't be disappointed!”

“Delicious food however they have very limited vegetarian options, I think only two of the mains are vegetarian so if you don't want a curry or a burger then you're out of luck. Lovely cocktails with a wide variety on offer. Clean toilets. It's unfortunate they add a service charge onto your bill without asking as the food is on the pricy side already.”
