  “Was told it was safe to eat this by the “manager “ who I actually watched cook it because we paid for 5 not 3 so she cooked the other 2 in under 2 minutes. She wasn’t a chef she was the manager .. absolutely fuming ain’t the word”

  “The food as always was amazing, well worth the money. I had to wait a little bit for a table so they gave me and my girlfriend free desert which they didnt have to do, couldnt complain whatsoever, staff were lovely, would go again.”

  “Food was good! Didn't have to wait too long either! Starter was 5 Halloumi sticks. It worked out at around £1 a stick of halloumi (so I knocked a star off) But I am writing the review not to complain but to send a big-up to a member of staff. Nick, the tall bald gent (I'm bald too! 😂) He was a star, very friendly and polite. He was absolutely marvellous, the service he gave us was great. He's the only reason I'm writing this review! Give the man a raise ☺️”

  “Missed feelings… We visited the Merthyr branch yesterday and the customer service was soooo welcoming, the lovely young lady with red hair provided such a fantastic service, she’s a credit to Nando’s! Honestly the best customer service we’d received for sometime. However tonight we ordered a delivery from Merthyr via DELIVEROO, which was incredibly disappointing, the portion sizes were shocking, it would’ve been fine if I was a hamster, but crikey… two fork full worth of chips.. not good! originally without the discount code I used it would’ve cost nearly £40 for two meals…I’ve been left feeling hungry, and disappointed… sad times.”

  “Good atmosphere but waited 60mins for food with everybody who arrived after us eating before us. After complaining our food appeared and looked like it had been sat under the heat lamp for 45mins and the chips looked like they had been sabotaged for our complaint with 99% peri salt and 1% potato”

  “Fresh chicken and the flavour of the chicken wrap was lovely. Service was friendly. Marked down one star as the macho peas were a bit under cooked and the chips needed a bit more cooking time. Other than that a nice lunch, quick and friendly service. Location is great for a cinema/bowling afternoon as it's right in the middle of the VUE cinema and bowling complex.”
