  “Not sure what's happened but the food from here now is awful. Got order wrong and food was virtually inedible and cold. Will not use again. What a shame. And prices have gone up a lot, which you don't mind if quality is good but food is very poor and nowhere near how it used to be. Very very disappointed!”

  “After receiving an ordered from bamboo gardens I had to take it back because unfortunately one of the dishes tasted awful. The lady from the kitchen came out and became so rude towards me that I just had to ask for the money from my order back. Will not be coming here again which is a shame as our last meal was delicious!!!”

  “I placed an order and paid additional fees for a delivery that was further away. The driver arrived and I paid, when I checked only half of the order was there. I called, expecting them to bring the remaining food I ordered. Instead they told me I lived too far away (15 minutes) for them to deliver the food. So I asked for a refund. After checking, they have arranged for the driver to return to bring me £3. Rather than bringing the food I ordered. I paid £15.60 in total. I think it's clear to anybody reading this that logic has gone out of the window with these people and it would have made morse sense to just bring me what I paid for. The guy on the phone was alright as I think despite him trying to stay professional, he can see that this is just ridiculous. So pleased they can drive back to bring me £3 but they can't drive back to bring the correct order. Would have spent £3 in fuel. What a joke.”

  “We had a take away last night, they didn't send the hoisin sauce or the veg for the duck and pancakes. We rung up to ask if it could be sent out for delivery to be told no when my partner pushed for the delivery he was told that maybe it but at an extra cost. Why should we pay the extra cost when it was their mistake. Poor customer service skills.”

  “This place was so bad I was ill for days, I had this take away over 2 weeks ago and have only just gained the strength to put in this review. The night I had their chicken balls I was on the toilet with diarrhea and i was puking my guts out for FOUR hours. And then for 2 weeks i was in hospital. The chicken was raw and the batter was disgusting. I would not recommend especially if you have children or wanna keep healthy.”

  “Having read recent reviews we were hesitant about ordering, but the meal we received was delicious! We gave the chef a budget of £25 inc delivery and asked them to cook a vegetarian meal for two. We received the most delicious hand made spring rolls, vegetable curry, vegetable noodles, vegetable rice and a delicious vegetable dish along with a generous bag of prawn crackers. The food was hot and arrived quickly. The spring rolls were the best we’ve ever had … anywhere! We’ll be ordering again.”
