Customer Review Summary
Papaya salad is the dish diners name most, with one reviewer calling it the best they have had and another listing it among their repeat favourites. Close behind are the salt and pepper dishes, from ribs that won over a reviewer who doesn't usually eat pork that way to squid, prawns and tofu. Reviewers also name the beef salad, Vietnamese fried rice and Pho Xao, stir fried flat rice noodles with egg and beef. The pho is called authentic and flavourful, and a coconut sizzler with tender chicken was one table's favourite. Also singled out are the homemade lemonade, which one reviewer says recalls home, roasted duck with a side of chilli jam, and oyster mushrooms as a starter. Staff are described as friendly, welcoming and accommodating, with guests seated straight away, and one parent says their picky children ate everything. Several praise the generous portions, and one takeaway order of three dishes fed four people with leftovers for the next day.

“We walked in last night (Thurs) for the first time. I werent sure if it were open as it was 6pm and it looked a bit dark from the outside, but we went in and it was already busy. Having heard good things about it we were looking forward to trying the food. Service was fab and we ordered spring rolls and prawn crackers. The mains we ordered were delicious and the portions plentiful. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend, we will definitely return.”

“Came here for a Mother's Day treat as this was on my list of places to go and recommendation. I was not disappointed, cute and cosy lovely ambience. Greeted with smiles! Now let's get onto the food!! 10/10 across the board!! My children can be very picky when it comes to food and they ate everything!! They can't wait to come back. All dishes were cooked to perfection, the salt and pepper ribs were the best I have ever tasted and I don't really eat pork like that but they were delicious! Love, and care is definitely put into this place and you can tell by the standard of food. Seriously can't wait to go back honestly really good food. Staff were great too and attentive. Small businesses for the win!!!”

“Ordered here for a takeaway but will definitely come to eat in, in the future. Ordered the beef salad small plate, which is a refreshing salad with shredded carrot, mango, celery, onion with a slight pickled taste but each mouthful tasted different, then Vietnamese fried rice with pork and chicken - jasmine rice, cooked to perfection with various meat and veg. Really light but tasty and something iv not tried before, much nicer than your usual takeaway. Finally the Pho Xao - hard to put across how gorgeous this noodle dish is but was a taste sensation, flat but thick rice noodles stir fried with egg and beef - portion sizes are unbelievable and fed 4 of us with plenty left for tomorrow. Looking forwards to visiting the restaurant - thank you.”
