“Nice restaurant, clean and open space. I ordered the beef stew noodles expecting mi bo kho with a rich soup but instead got egg noodles with a really thick clear gravy and fatty pieces of beef on top which I had to remove the fat and membrane off of before I could eat the beef. The gravy didn’t have any flavour and the broth served with the noodles was weirdly sour. Wouldn’t recommend the beef stew at all. Would recommend the che ba mau and the ca phe though.”

“Best pho I've ever had! The broth is clear, but the flavour is deep and complex. You can taste the beef/pork essence alongside the spices in perfect harmony. It brings the warmth of SEA to the middle of chilly Manchester. When the nasty summer heat kicks in, the bun cha nem, goi cuon (summer rolls), and the iced coffee are absolute lifesavers! And the best part is... the portions are incredibly generous. This is the kind of place that makes me feel like I'm enjoying a banquet at my auntie's house 😄”

“Ever since I've got back from travelling Vietnam I've been searching for a pho that takes me back to Hanoi. This is my 5th pho and it was the first one that took me there. The broth was simple but deep in flavour like northern pho should be. They even had quay which really transported me. Portion size was huge. If you want to know what Pho is about. This is the one. Get the beef pho on a cold winter day and you'll love it. They also had very authentic Vietnamese spring rolls, they're not my favourite but they're still good.”
