  “The chicken strips ordered but they use frozen strips in front of me which was not cooked well. Though chicken Burger was not bad but there is no dip sauce which I requested them the spicy dip taste worst ever i try . Really upset on their food quality”

  “I placed a order an hour ago, I rang after an hour and i was told that my food will be delivered within next 10-15 minutes, After 15 minutes I rang again and i was told that my food will be with me in next 5 minutes ,It has been now almost 2 hours and I didn’t receive my food. worst takeaway in Manchester”

  “I ordered a meat feast pizza and it didn’t really work for me. They should stop making pizza because I asked for a meat feast and it was spicy. They put onions on it, and the cheese was like greasy yoghurt. The pepperoni tasted like salty cardboard. On the plus side, the chicken burger is good a real chicken fillet and the chips are OK. It’s a shame because the place is really clean and the staff are nice”

  “What a waste of money! Fries are old, most likely yesterday's fries. And the chicken smelt weird, and the wings are not cooked to the required standard. After eating one of the wings I then notice that the bone was red which is a clear indication that they were not cooked and still raw. My stomach now feels off and i feel physically sick! AVOID at all costs!! Not worth the money or your health!”

  “Food is nice but the quality of service is shocking was over charged for a pizza ,charge me £22 for pizza chips and drink when the deal was 2 pizzas , 8 wings & 3 fries & 1.5L drink. Instead I got x1 14” pizza , 2 fries & 6 wings, 3 drinks for £22. Not happy with that, when I asked for the pizza party deal.”

  “Ordered a meal from Freddy New and pizza it came with sweetcorn and onion ingredients I never asked for. When I called to sort it out the guy on the phone just dismissed me, saying the pizza "came the way it should" and that it was fine because it was half-and-half. Instead of fixing their mistake, he just gaslit me and refused to do anything about it Absolutely awful customer service. If they mess up your order, don't expect them to take responsibility. Won't be orderinig from here again. It took 2 hour and 20 mintues also just to mention that I rang the restaurant 5-6 times”

  “Ordered on Just eat food took 45 mins to be delivered I ordered a milkshake and “bbq strips “ I open the food and I recieve “ normal strips that look like fish fingers and a watery wet milkshake I tried asking for. Refund through just eat for them to not reply after 5 emails Food was cold and chicken was not nice at all Never ordering again”

  “Very bad customer service! I'm appalled at the service provided by this takeaway. I ordered a diet Pepsi and was given a Pepsi instead, special instructions were given for the burgers but they didn't follow them. 1 burger was done right but the second was splashed with hot spicy sauce and smelt inedible like it was expired. Also smothered around the box even on the outside! I've never had this experience before at any other takeaway I'm shocked. I phoned the takeaway to which they were apologetic at all and said they were out of stock which is a joke because it shouldn't be available on uber eats if not available. They finally offered replacement food which never arrived and when phoned to ask 2 hours later where the food was, the guy put the phone down. I won't be ordering again”

  “This place is OK if your desperate for food but if you value your health its best going McDonald's down the road. Ordered a 12" Margarita pizza and couldn't taste anything. It was as if, the cheese went off. The bread was ok but there wasnt much tomato. The young guy I ordered from didn't seem to bright and had to repeat my order several times. I watched the camera footage and he sprinkled cheese on something and sat down on a nearby staircase and went on his phone making me assume that he takes his phone in the toilet. I only ordered from he because I was very hungry and it was the closest place. I think I try another takeaway or stick to the big names. At least I know they have slightly better hygiene standards. 2/10”
