About Casa Tapas
On Manchester Old Rd in Manchester, Casa Tapas is a tapas restaurant where dishes are made for sharing among the table. Tapas come out in multiple rounds, and the staff clear the table after each one, so a meal unfolds in stages. The menu includes garlic prawns and Spanish omelette, with sangria and cocktails on the drinks list. Tiramisu and crème brûlée cover dessert. Music plays in the dining room, and a Highland cow artwork hangs in the bathroom.

Customer Review Summary
Diners come mainly for the sharing plates, with the garlic prawns leading the specifics, followed closely by the Spanish cheese, meatballs and Spanish omelette. One group describes ordering nine dishes each and still making room for tiramisu, while another shared a creme brûlée that they called beautiful. Cocktails and sangria draw steady praise, with one reviewer calling the presentation elegant. Several say the portions are good and the food arrives hot, tasty and fresh, and a few describe the value as very good for the variety. Staff are repeatedly called friendly, polite and attentive without hovering, and one reviewer notes the table was cleared promptly after every round of tapas. Lunch visits are described as quiet but not a problem, while a Friday evening is described as busy with good music and fast service. Reviewers raise no real complaints. One closes on the bathroom artwork of a Highland cow reading the newspaper on the toilet, which made them laugh.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just discovered Casa Tapas and we were genuinely so impressed! We’ll definitely be returning. There were three adults in our group and we each had 9 tapas dishes. By the end we were absolutely full, so there was certainly no leaving hungry! 😂 Everything we tried was delicious and it was lovely being able to have several different dishes rather than having to choose just one. I also had a couple of cocktails, which were really lovely and exactly to my taste, and somehow managed to find the necessary separate stomach for tiramisu. 😂 The tiramisu was delicious and a perfect way to finish the meal. The service was excellent throughout. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and they were really attentive without hovering. Our table was cleared promptly after every round of tapas, so we were never sitting surrounded by empty plates waiting for the next lot. The restaurant itself had a really nice atmosphere and everything felt very clean and well looked after. And finally, a slightly random honourable mention for the bathroom artwork. 😂 The Highland cow sitting on the toilet reading the newspaper absolutely cracked me up. It’s the little things! Fantastic food, lovely cocktails, great service and a really enjoyable atmosphere. Casa Tapas is definitely a new find we’ll be coming back to. ❤️”

The service was excellent not rushed and staff were very attentive, polite and friendly, the food was fantastic we ordered three rounds of tapas and 2 rounds of drinks and the price was very very good for the standard of food, we will be returning again soon.
