Customer Review Summary

Pizza is the main draw, with several reviewers describing it as fresh and piping hot, and one calling it one of the best they have had from a takeaway. Mozzarella sticks and pepperoni pizzas get named, alongside polite, helpful staff and a delivery driver described as great and fast. One Too Good To Go order brought two pepperoni pizzas and a nice server. The complaints are just as concrete. A regular says the pizza was good but the kebabs, shown in photos, were a problem. Another describes a Too Good To Go bag holding one slice of cheese pizza, one slice of garlic bread, fries, a few bits of dry donner and a little salad. The chips are said to taste cooked multiple times and left to go cold. One reviewer reports the app marking an order delivered before it arrived, with four calls going to voicemail. Another says their food was another customer's order, and the driver swapped them. One reviewer reports being violently ill after a donner kebab and New Yorker pizza. One reviewer asks that pizzas be labelled, since they could not tell them apart.

“Ordered it as a takeaway, I thought my food had come it had not it was another persons order the driver came back and took the food to the other person vice versa. Surely that’s a health and safety concern?”

“Ordered too good to go order and got 2 pepperoni pizza’s . The man who served me was a nice guy. The food was delicious. Great all around. Thank you.”

“Absolutely amazing food. Probably one of the best pizzas I have had from a takeaway. I have ordered twice and both times everything has come fresh and piping hot. The only downside is the chips aren’t very nice however the portion sizes are perfect. (They taste like they have been cooked multiple times and then left to go cold then cooked again). 👌”

“Delivery guy was great, delivery was pretty fast, food items were good for the price. Just a small tip, please label which pizzas belong to which because I couldn't figure them out based on the ingredients.”

“I ordered from Pizza Factory at 18:14 with an estimated delivery of 40 minutes. Reasonable enough. But after 45 minutes, the ETA on the app disappeared and morphed into a vague, almost mocking “nearly there.” Around the one-hour mark, I tried calling the restaurant — straight to voicemail. Tried again. Same. Four calls, zero humans, zero explanations. Then at 19:15, the app suddenly claimed my order had been delivered, switching to “enjoy your food” and “order again.” I had neither food nor enjoyment. At that point, I put on shoes, got in the car, and drove through torrential rain to the restaurant myself. It’s literally a three-minute drive. And here’s the best part: my wife called me at 19:28 — while I was getting out of the car — to say the delivery had finally shown up. Thirteen minutes after the app had lied about it. As for the pizza: yes, the “buy one get one free” promotion was applied correctly, and the food was technically edible. But calling it an Italian Classic Pizza is, frankly, a minor cultural crime. And here’s the thing: had someone simply answered the phone — just once — this would’ve been a completely different review. A quick update, a real ETA, even a “sorry, we’re running late” would’ve saved me from getting dressed, driving in a storm, and taking rain by the bucketload. Overall: An experience to forget, and one I won’t repeat.”
