  “Oh Pizza Hut ... You are so close. What happened to Customer Experience?! When ordering food, there are so many questions... We don't fit into a simple yes/no world. For this meal, I was travelling with a newly Vegetarian person. Can you imagine how many questions I had!!! But the only options are QR code or Tap screen. Where was the person making suggestions for little treats and upgrades. So grateful for Conor being there to help me with all the questions. Servers are more than just the person to take the order, they are expertise, they are a friendly face, they are rapport... Which you don't get from a QR code. Did you know your salad bar is vegetarian ... Only found that out talking to Conor. I also took a star off as the music was a little loud for me personally and it was really cold. Can I beg of you ... Bring your own family to a restaurant and see the chaos and lost time of scrolling backwards and forwards through a screen instead of interacting with your family. So close ... But let's lose the tech and go back to Customer Service and connection to your customers.”

  “Popped in here to feel that childhood nostalgia of an Ice-Cream Factory, and boy did it hit!!! Manager Bryn was dead friendly and we were sat right away in a little booth. We got the £14.99 deal for the pizza/salad buffet, drink and unlimited ice cream. So much option in all areas and great value for money, with fresh pizzas coming out on rotation! Great fun and fast lunch option before we got the train, totally brilliant. :)”

  “Very disappointing experience. The salad was missing several ingredients. The staff made us feel very unwelcome . We asked for some sauce, and instead of helping us, she told us, “you can get it yourself.” The customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly. We had some issues for ordering on the app she didn’t help us . The worst part was the pizza. It tasted awful and had a very unpleasant smell, Overall, the food quality and service were both extremely poor. We definitely won’t be coming back , we wasted our money :((((”

  “Good, inexpensive food with good customer service and a quiet atmosphere Our pizzas came quickly and were exactly what we ordered and a good price with a meal deal! Refillable drinks and unlimited salad. Bonus points for the unlimited soft serve ice cream station!!! The strawberry crunch sprinkles were god-tier and I have never found anything like it 😭🙏🏻 Please start selling these, I would buy them lol”

  “Really enjoyed my meal here. Mike was very friendly and the other staff member who was on shift. Work away and travel around a lot, always end up in Pizza Hut if there’s one about. Nice food and the pizza is always perfectly cooked.”

  “I had amazing experience with my mother last night all thanks to the gorgeous girl called Zara, she was alone all night that we had a visit and gave the warmest welcome to us and served us with absolute kind heart and smile.she is a real asset to the company thanks Zara.”

  “We had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut today! From the moment we arrived, Mike gave us such a warm welcome. He explained everything clearly, was incredibly friendly, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. The selection of food available was excellent, and the quality was fantastic throughout. Everything was fresh, well-stocked, and delicious. To top it all off, Mike even took a wee photo of us, which was a lovely personal touch and really added to the experience. A huge thank you to Mike for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕😊”

  “Popped in for the Unlimited Buffet today and it didn't disappoint. For just £11.99, the value is unbeatable. I managed to try a bit of everything,the Pepperoni was classic and fresh, but the standout was the Virtuous Veg slice with the balsamic drizzle. ​The salad bar was well-stocked (plenty of sweetcorn and fresh greens!), and the service was quick and friendly. If you're looking for a filling lunch that won't break the bank, the "All In" deal with bottomless drinks is definitely the way to go. Will be back for another round soon! 🍕🥗🥤”

  “We chose a deal with 3 courses and a drink for £25. All were lovely. Great value for money. Mike was very friendly and welcoming. We were seated straight away and he was very attentive. The music choice was excellent. This is our second visit here and we’ll return if we’re in Manchester again.”
