  “I have initially come here as my 2nd option for ramen but I was overwhelmed by everything. From atmosphere and amazing staff to great food and counter seating. First thing that I experienced was amazing and super friendly staff who helped me get the order the thing I will like the most and also advised me about free ice cream that I was able to get with the app. I also really enjoyed the counter like seating at the window where I could both enjoy the sun and eat in nice temperature. Now we have come to drinks and food. I loved the raspberry lemonade/mocktail after initial shock to sour taste, I enjoyed every sip. Next came the ramen which was amazing with thick broth, delicious pork and noodles, and overall great presentaion.”

  “The food was absolutely beautiful, we had a serving of takoyaki each along with the dracula tonkotsu, and the shoryu ganso tonkotsu. The takoyaki was the best I've ever had, the ramen was incredible and the broth was perfect. We also had the dirty lychee cocktails which I couldn't recommend more, they were some of the nicest cocktails we've ever had before! The service was really good, and the servers were all very friendly. We're definitely coming back, thank you!”

  “Lovely staff, super calm atmosphere but subtlety busy which you wouldn’t expect from a restaurant at Piccadilly Gardens… my matcha was hand wisked with the fresh strawberries crushed (for a fiver!!!) no fake gross syrup like Starbucks!! Food was amazing value and very tasty 💝⭐️⭐️🥰”

  “Exceptional service with friendly welcoming staff ! Cute authentic looking decor, there’s also solo seating so perfect for lunch breaks on your own if visiting Manchester or working nearby. The yummiest ramen I’ve ever had, the broth was absolutely delicious ! I highly recommend the yamisuki cabbage also, I devoured every bite 😍 many vegan options too !”

  “We had a lovely lunch date today and were given such a warm welcome by Luca. The customer experience was excellent from start to finish, and the food was truly next level. Luca’s energy was unreal and made the whole visit feel even more special. We’ll definitely be back.”

  “The food was very tasty, couldn’t resist finishing every bite. The dessert after was a nice finisher too, with everything being reasonably priced. Portion size was also great, enough to fill up your stomach but not too much that something gets left. Staff were incredibly welcoming and great customer service from each member we interacted with. Atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable, not too loud nor too quiet. Would definitely visit again for the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere.”

  “They were able to accommodate us on a Saturday evening an hour before our table. Atmosphere felt traditional and you're able to somewhat see the chefs cooking away. Customer service was unfortunately poor on this occasion. While the waiter remembered the whole order and we were going to be correctly billed for it, we never received it. This included a drink and dessert. The food quality was good. Not best. I disliked the meat and egg were served cold, to warm up in the ramen. You can always taste when it's been sitting a while as its slightly cold and has that taste. Portion size could of been better for the money paid. Service charge was 12.5%”
