“Ordered a salt and pepper box and crispy seaweed. It was uneatable, we couldn’t eat any off it as there was that much salt in the food. I rang up to complain and she said next time you order let me j ow and I won’t add as much salt.”

“Decent Chinese in Middleton but the chips and chicken pieces were very questionable to me. Fried rice was nice but too much soy sauce in for me as was very dark. The salt and pepper chips are fries!! Such a big mistake for Chinese takeaways as chunky chips are always better and complement the other Chinese dishes. Also was lacking seasoning and peppers. Biggest letdown was the lemon chicken, why are the pieces used battered chicken rather than the usual deep fried breast pieces? Was very disappointing and did not match the sauce at all. The curry was also orange which I’ve never seen before at a Chinese so very confusing. Salt and pepper chicken was also very dry and more batter than meat itself.”

“Worst customer service ever experienced! Literally forgot some chips which isn’t a big deal, the curry pots was half full. So when we rang to discuss not even a “oh sorry about that” just a, “well I’m really busy so you’ll have to wait and that’s how we sell our curry sauce”. Sadly ordered many times from here before because the food is nice but the appalling phone call with the young girl on the phone right now out of principle we will never order from here again. Had she said “aw sorry for the mistake we will send your chips as soon as possible and for the inconvenience more sauce” no drama. But her “I’m really busy now what do you want me to do” to a paying customer was appalling”
