  “Really disappointed. Found plastic paper pieces inside my milkshake which is disgusting and completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be going back there. Looking at other reviews, it seems people have found plastic in their food before too, so this clearly looks like an ongoing hygiene issue that they’re not bothered about fixing. Very poor standards and not an experience I’d recommend to anyone. Also yes, this milkshake was definitely from your branch — the branch number is on the milkshake, and it wasn’t from today.”

  “was craving some loaded fries today checked online saw Smash official thought lets give these guys a go upon walking in loved the atmosphere nice clean and tidy place Went over to order told the lad on the front i was craving some loaded fries he recommended me their dirty fries got my food within 10 minutes very fast service food was extremely nice and what i wanted tasted fresh and was 10/10 will be going back tomorrow to get some more”

  “Freshest and best food I have had in my life hands down🙌 I ordered from here for the first time yesterday and ordered again today twice because they are literally TOOO GOOOD. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place, greatest chicken I have ever eaten in my life. The negative reviews you see here must be fake since they are unverified, if you look on uber eats these guys are 5 stars. Heck i would rate them 1 million stars if i could because out of everywhere in the UK i have eaten, this place is the best and it is now my go 2. PLEASE try it out, I promise you will not regret it. Best food, best staff, best chicken, best hygiene, BEST everything. Number 1 food spot in the UK without a doubt I cannot express how FAB AND FANTASTIC THEIR FOOOOOD IS!.”

  “Visited smash official today thought I’d see what the hype is all about and it did live up to the hype walking in lad on the front asked if I had any allergies then proceeded to ask me what I was feeling to eat I explained to him it’s my first time and I was looking for a big juicy burger he recommended me the 3in1 burger and wow unbelievable didn’t even have to wait 10 minutes and food was out and was fresh taste was on point and the flavours was just engulfing my mouth will highly recommend these guys they are doing it better than everyone service is on point food quality is right up their it’s a must try”

  “Food took approx 1 hour 20 mins to arrive. Got the smash box and the portion of donner was questionable and the 2 wings were the smallest I have ever seen. Burger was decent but not worth the wait. Recommend Donner HQ instead.”

  “I had a piece of very hard, sharp plastic in my chicken wrap! It’s clearly broken off from some type of container, but so dangerous that it’s ended up embedded in the food! I nearly swallowed it!! Will not be ordering again.”

  “My N.1 place for a smash burger. I usually get the smash burger with normal piri fries and a drink and it always hits the spot. The fries are really good, the beef burger tastes really good and is a little bit juicy which brings even more flavour making it even better, soft brioche bread and their mayo is amazing.”

  “Got it — thanks for adding that! Here’s an updated version of your review: --- Review: I ordered the donner stir fry with chips and was very disappointed. The taste was horrible – far too sweet, more like a dessert than a savoury meal. It was just stir fry with Thai sweet chilli sauce, a few finely cut onions, and chips. No salad, no extras, nothing to balance the flavour. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommended👎”
