  “I would not order from this kebab shop! I have received my order cold and when I have called to deal with it and was told nothing can be done and that they are busy and hung up on me. I will get my money back and will report them for this as this is not acceptable and should not be operating this way.”

  “ordered a chicken shish with salad and sauce it came dry without my salad or sauce. chicken wraps had no salad or sauce all food was as dry as cardboard and why was the tortilla wraps rock hard and crispy. you can't get a decent takeaway these days its a no from me wont order from again and definitely do not recommend.”

  “I would like to make a complaint regarding the order we received yesterday evening. We ordered chicken doner kebabs. My partner’s meat seemed absolutely fine, however in my kebab the meat was very fatty and looked like chicken skin, almost like skin from chicken drumsticks, with some strange pieces that even resembled feather remnants. I have honestly never had a kebab like this before. It was extremely unpleasant and impossible to eat. I only managed to eat some of the vegetables and a bit of the pita before realising how bad the meat was. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and, unfortunately I will never be ordering from you again.”

  “Chips are ALWAYS cooked to perfection. The only critique I’d have is to season the chips in a bowl & toss, prior to the customer receiving their order, so that every chip has the saltiness a customer is looking for within it. Foods always nice. The fish of the fish & chips isn’t so good, but the scampi is. Prices are also a little high, but you pay for what you get”

  “Friendly guys, good food, nothing out of this world but decent meat and veg, great chips. We've been here dozens of times the last few years, you know you get and it's never a let down. I usually get a donner kebab but the burgers and fish and chips are good too.”

  “I ordered some food from the Charcoal Grill in Maidstone. My order was Meat and Chips, A Donar Kebab and also an extra portion of chips. My delivery was delivered on time, the delivery driver was very efficient and polite. All of the food was still hot on arrival, well packaged and the order was correct. All of the food was very well proportioned and also the food was cooked very well and was really tasty. The price of the food was very reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from The Charcoal Grill again.”

  “Food was delivered hot and plenty of it. We were very happy with our order of lamb shish and chicken shish wrap - fresh and tasty. Good value for money also. I put 3 stars for service just because we waited an hour for delivery on a Thursday eve and would have liked a shorter wait time. Otherwise will definitely order again!”

  “First time ordering from Charcoal Grill. Ordered the Chicken Donner Kebab and Mixed Chicken & Donner Kebab. Tried with garlic and chilly sauce. Both kebabs tasted good and the sauces were ok. Will order again”
