  “We are regulars at Ditton grill wouldn’t choose anywhere else, but this evening they made every pregnant woman’s dreams come true 🥹 with a complimentary box of chillies on my rather large order for my sons birthday! Piping hot fresh food exactly as we ordered it cooked to perfection every time. Full tummies and happy faces all round. Even on the inside 🤰”

  “Ordered food just after 7. Had a notification about half 7 to say it was out for delivery. Still waiting at half 8. Called and was told it hadn't even gone out yet. Still waiting. Expect it will be cold”

  “2 out 6 were wrong!!! No pitta bread with the Halloumi kebab 🫣 Order a doner Wrap and got a chicken shish kebab 🤬 We ordered online, so it would have been a print out of the order. It’s happened a few times when they get busy! Disappointed… but the food we did get was nice 👍🏻”

  “Unfortunately they have got into bad habits of reheating their chips, if they are fresh they are great but reheated they are terrible and we end of throwing them in the bin! The kebabs are amazing, but on several occasions recently they have forgotten the sauce - who has a kebab without sauce!? Don't reheat chips and make sure sauce is added this wpuld easily be a 5 star”

  “I Ordered 2x 15” pizzas each £10 as it says on the board in the shop, these pizzas were fine except from ONE thing, the stuffed crust I ordered and PAID an extra £6 for was not included, I have just phoned to ask for a refund on the £6 stuffed crust that we did not receive and they proceeded to argue and talk over me while telling me that we paid the price of a deep pan, I did not ask for a deep pan and had asked for a stuffed crust, I even paid and ordered it in the shop. I will not be returning, dominos is better anyway.”

  “Awful service! Waited 2 hours for food only to be told when I called that they are busy. Was assured my food was out for delivery but still waited another 40 minutes! Won't be ordering from here again. Avoid!”

  “Used twice, a couple of years apart, and both times awful. Yesterday ordered 2 burgers and both had the top of the bun missing, pitta and chips had no pitta. What remained of the burger was horrible anyway”

  “We were having a very stressful weekend moving house. I made a mistake in my order and had to order more. The very kind man in the shop (very slim build with a goatee beard - can’t recall his name sadly) didn’t want the first part of my order to get cold. He told me to go with the first part and then delivered the rest. It would have taken him 20 mins. He had real pride in their product and wanted it to be at its best. It was lovely food and we really appreciated this amazing service.”
