“Food was okay I’ll admit however they ran out of a decent amount of ingredients such as twix pieces, croffles and pastries. Our party overheard a conversation between the ONLY floor staff member and the chef about there being no peanut butter left. The staff member hurried out the shop and was vacant for a good 5-10 minutes and upon her return she tried to hide the peanut butter behind her as she “snuck” past our table. A member of our party requested snickers pieces on their waffle but was forgotten. The wait for the food was far too long and we were the only customers there. Seats were dirty and unkept aswell as falling apart.”

“Stopped here for brunch, the food was delicious and great customer service. They offer very generous portions too.”

“I visited recently and was very impressed with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by what appeared to be the treatment and management of the staff. There was one woman who seemed to be in charge (a lady with dark hair and tattoos) who spent most of the time standing behind the bar using her phone, while the rest of the team were clearly busy serving customers and keeping things running. From what I observed, she appeared to be directing others while contributing very little herself. I appreciate that I only witnessed a small part of the day, so there may have been circumstances I wasn't aware of. However, the impression it left was disappointing and didn't reflect well on the management of the team. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and looked into for the benefit of the hardworking staff. Sadly, based on this experience, I don't plan to return.”
