  “Used to be good last 2 times of ordering the food has been very poor bland no taste no flavor at all and I mean everything the only item from the whole meal that had any flavor was the hoisin sauce which probably comes from a bottle also comparing prices to other local Chinese takeouts they are more expensive so will no longer be ordering from here”

  “I bought four dishes and a rice and noodles. All the sauces tasted the same and on top. I tried to get a pot of chilli oil. They charged me £3 because they had closed the till already, something that would usually be 50p and then he didn’t even fill it up to the top I had to ask them to fill it up to the top but the food was not good. It was overly salted. I would not recommend.”

  “Rice didnt seem cooked enough had egg fried rice hardly and egg in the rice. Chicken slice were dry .would not order again disappointing for money spent”

  “Just moved into the area so asked a friend for a Chinese recommendation. Maybe he isn’t really our friend sending us here lol £70 of bland, tasteless rubbish. King prawns with chilli oil, was watery, no flavour whatsoever, and no chilli oil! If your advertising prawns with chilli oil then prawns and chilli oil show be the star of the show! Soups were tasteless, egg fried rice and special rice aren’t fried rices! Not an ounce of flavour and it’s like a Chinese that’s never heard of a bit of soya sauce. The rice is just boiled with a tiny bit of pale egg in it. Pork balls, small little pellets of dry pork in a greasy hard ball. Crispy chilli beef had no chilli, lacking in flavour, the beef and black bean was inedible, the beef was like old rubber, couldn’t even chew it. The only thing that was ok ish were the ribs, roasted nicely, good flavour. 4 cans of warm coke, couldn’t drink it with our meal, who wants warm coke! I thought I won’t throw it, I will revamp it for lunch today, fry it up and add stuff, I’m a good cook and there is no saving this disastrous food. The lot had to be thrown. How this place is open is beyond me.”

  “Always order from here and never usually have a issue with the food. Unfortunately last night me and a friend ordered a meal for one and the mixed hourderves. The beef chop suey was not it's usual standard, very watery. Egg fried rice looked microwaved as egg was dry and rubbery. Chicken balls were spot on though. Mixed hourdeves was very underwhelming, most of it was really dry and luke warm. Satay sauce was good though. I will still come back despite this as I hope it's a one off 'bad day'.”

  “A brilliant takeaway - first of all, food always arrives promptly. Onto the meal itself - piping hot. My pancake roll was brilliant. I really enjoyed my chicken with spring onions and ginger. If. I am having a Chinese takeaway, I always go for the Fat Dragon !”

  “I placed order by phone , I needed to change an item in set menu for something I could eat and they changed without question, lady on phone lovely and polite, I was told half an hour delivery yet I received it with 15 minutes of my phone call. I do not order takeaways much but when I do fat dragon beats hands down. Even I feel u fancy a Indiana I end up ordering fat dragon abs the food is a always fresh and delivery prompt if not early ... thank you fat dragon”

  “Always thought this was the best Chinese but tonight my food was look warm and didnt get my sweet and sour sauce i got curry sauce instead so couldnt dip my chicken balls or pour over my Chinese”

  “Always loved the food from Fat Dragon but about a year go it started going downhill so we went else where. Tonight we decided to give it another go .... we’ll what can I say !!!! WOW ..... probably the best Chinese we’ve had in a long time. The food was spot on., very tasty, hot and not over cooked. Hats off to the chef. We will definitely be coming back again. Well done guys x”
