  “Chips are always left out too long and taste horrible. I can't remember ever getting fresh chips here. Burger buns taste like they weren't defrosted properly. Awful experience. Warwick way is far better.”

  “Atmosphere gets a 1 because the burgers smell like decomposing rat intestines however my friend Bernie was rather fond of the cheeseburgers he even got 3 just for good luck, ate them all in less than 2 bites and I was blown away. Food was rubbish and some bloke was staring at me behind the counter not asking me anything while I waited for my food, he was stood their doing nish. Maybe the last time I’ll step foot not only in this establishment but maybe the whole of Loughborough (thank god)”

  “The food is always quick and cooked to a good standard however once just after the lunch rush I was sat eating and watched by the cleaning staff who before I had even fully stood up begun to close off the area I was sitting.”

  “I’m utterly devastated after ordering four chicken nuggets , I had been thinking about them for days , the day to go to McDonald’s finally arrived and I was overjoyed to eat , however this time was different, I peeled open my nuggets bag to be greeted with three nuggets not four. This shocked me to my core and I’m heartbroken”

  “One of the worst meals ever had at a mcdonalds sadly. Popped in for breakfast whilst killing time on our first visit to the town, couldn't eat the muffin, it smelt awful on opening and the bacon looked and tasted off. The hash browns had a strange taste, not sure if the fryers needed cleaning. Hubby also couldnt drink the coffee. Everything was much snaller than they used to be and the prices have gone up though know thats the case everywhere. Left feeling robbed and not in a hurry to return to any mcdonalds.”

  “I am Disappointed with the service, I just ordered just now two times double fillet o fish adding large meal (that should have double fish) from uber app for £6.49 each. Instead I got single fish each. That’s not how the service would work while using Uber app. 😡”

  “2nd time visiting this establishment, will sadly be the last. We visited here in December it took 20 minutes to have our food handed over. Fast food? As I sit here now my head is ringing and spinning from high pitched beeping devices louder than the music, and everyone's voices. My sons Happy Meal had no fries, we had to go back up for his fries. The mens toilets were out of order, the machine we paid on didn't print a recipient, fries unsalted AGAIN!! the area was over congested, families stood eating as tables all full, overall, a bad experience.”
