Customer Review Summary
The full English breakfast draws the most mentions, with reviewers calling it cooked to perfection and spot on, in good portions. Shakshoka comes close behind, ordered with pepperoni or mozzarella and described as freshly made and rich in flavours. Others name a veg breakfast, a chai latte, a homemade vegetable lasagne and fresh salads with olives. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and welcoming, and reviewers single out the cozy seating upstairs and the relaxing ambient music. One family says staff helped them find a table when their grandmother arrived in a wheelchair. The recurring complaint is the lack of a halal sign on the menu or shopfront: one reviewer had to ask inside whether the food was halal, and another found no sign anywhere. One parent notes that when their daughter asked for the tomato to be left off an all day breakfast, the kitchen added extra beans instead.

“Really lovely little cafe where you are warmly welcomed. Very decent portions and not a long wait for you food, which was lovely. The picture is of my daughter's all day breakfast where she asked to remove the tomato, so they added extra beans 😊, there were also 2 slices of toast.... she polished off the lot and she's absolutely tiny! 😁”

“I had no idea Norah Cafe was in Loughborough! I used to go to Leicester branch for my fix. I absolutely love this place. The staff are wonderful and the food is always fresh and scrumptious. We ordered the large full English Breakfast, Shakshoka and a latte. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and mouth-wateringly delicious. Never had any complaints about any of the meals we have had. Loved the cozy seating area upstairs. Can’t wait to come back.”
