  “We visited during our lunch break from work, so we were on a bit of a tight schedule. The service was excellent — everything was quick, efficient and well organised, which was perfect for our short break. The restaurant was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. A special thank you to Hussnain, who looked after us exceptionally well and made sure everything was perfect. Great service, lovely atmosphere and a very pleasant lunch experience. Highly recommended!”

  “One of the best meals I’ve had in London. I like the vibe, it has air conditioning, and ordering was easy. I had chicken with coconut curry and side of shrimp spring rolls. The chicken dish was great. Large portion.”

  “I was initially thrown off by this place being located inside the Bond Street Underground mall. The place employs fast food decor, with self order machines, so I wasn’t expecting too much. The ordering process went really smooth with great customisability, and service was fast. The staff were very friendly and proactive. When I tried the dish, it truly exceeded my expectations. The food was really fresh with a mix of honey glazed pork and sliced vegetables (the dish I tried was the honey pork rice bowl), making for a nutritious and protein-dense dish.”

  “Place is based in a food court above Bond tube station. Clean and tidy, with seats and kiosks to order your food. They also got an app which allows to collect points. Never had banh mi before, wanted to try for some time and it was delicious. All ingredients were fresh, and created fantastic mix of flavours, maybe not very deep and with long aftertaste but yummy. Baguette was super soft and a little crispy and warm, expected more heat from chillies but it was balanced by cucumber and pickled carrots. I thought it's going to be messy dish but there wasn't excess of juice or ingredients, very good presentation too. Service was quick, I like how this place looks but I haven't seen a bin, maybe I missed it. Highly recommend.”

  “Love this new addition to fast casual dining in London. Food is super fresh and full of herbs and vegetables. My chicken salad was a great portion size with fresh ingredients, chicken was a little dry. I wish there was more seating than just bar stools.”

  “First time trying the food at HOP, and I really enjoyed it! The pork ribs were lovely and juicy, and the bubble tea was also great. The place is small but I love the decor. I would definitely try more next time.”

  “I got the lemongrass with rice, arrived in less than ten minutes with side order of tenders. The salad was the best part, rice nicely cooked. The sauce was abit too heavy on the lemongrass. The tenders did not taste fresh and very similar to cash and carry brand. The water i ordered on screen did not resemble the Asda multiple that arrived, abit disappointed as was £2 for 500ml bottle. Otherwise an okay place.”
