About Asia Villa
On Borough High St in London, Asia Villa is a Thai restaurant whose menu reaches across several cuisines. Thai dishes such as pad Thai and red curry sit alongside chow mein and Singapore noodles, and the food is cooked in woks in an open-plan kitchen. Customer Review Summary
Takeaway and delivery orders draw the most praise, with reviewers describing generous portions, good value and quick turnaround even when busy. Sweet chilli chicken is called excellent, salt and pepper calamari good, and a chicken chow mein arrived with the spice a customer asked for. Friendly staff come up repeatedly, including one who recommended dishes. Close behind is a run of complaints about the food itself. Pad thai is described as bland, missing sauce, peanut dressing and chilli flakes, and one delivery order was called disgusting. Another reviewer found the Masuman as hot as a green curry. Others report soggy, tasteless fish cakes, Singapore noodles with only two prawns, and a brown sugar milk tea that tasted like milk with tapioca pearls. One reviewer describes a cook cleaning his ears before handling ingredients. Eating in is described as cramped, with a front door that does not shut properly and kitchen staff smoking beside it. One visitor liked the takeaway so much that they ordered again the next day.

“I was visiting London on holiday and decided to try Asia Villa. The food was absolutely top-notch and offered fantastic value for money. I enjoyed my meal so much on the second night that I ordered a takeaway, and it was so good that I came back and ordered again the very next day! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visits. I later found out that many of the staff are Nepalese, and they were truly brilliant. Despite the takeaway and delivery service being very busy, I didn't have to wait long for my food, which was impressive. Great food, excellent service, generous portions, and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Asia Villa to anyone visiting or living in London. I'll definitely return the next time I'm in the city!”

“Asian McDonalds style eating. Not ideal for eating in just 4 tables but sunday evening alot of places were closed so here I am. Front door doesn't shut properly so expect a stong cold winter draught into the restaurant won't help when all the kitchen guys decide to take a break and smoke by the door letting the draft blow all that smoke in. Always a clue when a venue tries to do 4,5 different cuisines in one kitchen. Kitchen is open plan and they do like chatting and chatting loudly....”

“Great experience! I visited this thai takeaway today and really enjoyed my lunch. The staff were friendly, and Pooza was especially sweet and helpful. She recommended the perfect dishes for me and provided excellent customer service. Leaving this feedback to appreciate the warm service I received. Will definitely come back!”

“Ordered off deliveroo and was my first time trying and they did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken chow mein and asked for spice and they had delivered exactly what I was looking for. I hope to try more off their menu!! I didn’t take the best photo only because I was starving..🤣 Good luck to your business.”
