  “Was served a sandwich from the back exposed area. Asked if I could have one from the covered glassed area, due to my germ phobia. Both members of staff were off with me, made me feel uncomfortable. I did ask politely. One said rudely, "they're all the same". No, they are not, for my phobia. Won't buy here again.”

  “By far the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. It was basically all bread. Behind the glass it looks like there’s plenty of filling, and the ingredients are positioned near the edges so it appears generous, but once you bite in you realise the middle is almost empty. Paying £7 for something that feels worth £3 is ridiculous. Honestly, I’d recommend staying away. Also, will spend the time to report these guys for the fake reviews ;)”

  “Bought a baguette just before a train and when I ate it there was a curly black hair on it. I was rushing for my train so didn’t have time to get a receipt and when I returned the next day to get a refund I was told I couldn’t have one because I had no receipt. I was offered a replacement but there was no way I wanted to eat another baguette from the place that gave me the baguette in the photo. A very expensive inedible baguette and I just want a refund. There is also no way at all to contact this company and talk to anyone about this.”

  “17/10/23 Purchased ham & cheese baguette, didn’t realise you could purchase a baguette so small ? Baguette & coffee best part of £10. Staff pleasant & service quick. Only had a coffee, good quick service, pleasant staff, very nice tasting cup of coffee (latte) for the journey”

  “I went to have a pastrami Reuben , it tasted really fresh and the service was very quick. The staff was really polite and was great upselling me a caramel latte which tasted exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's passing by this station to give it a try and you won't regret it.”

  “I visited the upper crust store at euston today to grab a quick sandwich , I had decided to try the chicken pesto and it tasted fantastic . The plant based chicken bacon club looked really unique and appetizing and would love to try it next time . They also have a wide range of drinks and snacks , perfect for train journeys . Would definitely recommend it to everyone who needs something quick and tasty.”
