  “West Kebab and Fish Bar accepted my delivery order via Just Eat, took payment, then changed it without my consent to collection, refusing to deliver what I had already paid for. They immediately marked the order as “ready to collect” in what appeared to be an attempt to block any refund. At no point did I agree to collection, nor was I contacted to explain the change. This is blatantly dishonest conduct, misleading, and shows complete disregard for consumer rights and basic customer service. Avoid this establishment entirely.”

  “This Turkish cosy restaurant exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the incredibly kind and professional owner. The staff were not only polite but also attentive, making sure every detail of our visit was perfect. The atmosphere was spotless, from the dining area to the bathrooms, which were immaculately clean and well-maintained—a clear sign of their dedication to hygiene and customer satisfaction. The food was the highlight of our visit. Every dish was prepared with care, and the flavours were delightful. We tried their burgers, and they were hands-down the best we’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You could tell they use only the freshest ingredients. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It’s rare to find a place where the quality of food, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff come together so seamlessly. We can’t wait to return and will be recommending it to all our friends!”

  “Solid meal. Always nice and kindly served. Best chilli sauce in Ealing. The chicken kebab is great. The meat skewers are well prepared. Service is fast and seating area clean. Definitely recommended 👌.”

  “First time trying the place, I was craving a nice kebab in Ealing and found this place by chance. And as a kebab lover and tried nearly every kebab place in west London I love this place! The best thing for me is the flavour of the donner meat itself and was cut properly, it wasn’t cut too thin so It was pretty thick juicy and flavourable you can taste the meat and not overshadowed by the sauces and salad. Their chilli tomato sauce is very nice! They have four sizes for the kebab I ordered the medium One which was very filling and same size like large donner kebab in other places. Polite smiley two hard working men served me ,cleanliness was good. Overall very good first impression and will defintly return back 👌”

  “I eat here regularly from a long time, usually food is great- that's why i come back. I believe you've got the best chilli sauce in Ealing. Today i received takeaway, with 2 sauces pureed on food... maybe i forgotten to mention to put sauces on a side, but I would expect to receive chilli and garlic sauces on a side, in a box, not like on a picture below... Regardless of that i will visit you again”

  “Mmmmmm!!! The food here is so damn good!! And the portions are HUGE! My wife and I ate here 4-5 times over our ten day stay in London. The restaurant is very clean and the gentlemen who run it seem like great guys! Thanks for helping make our trip awesome!😃”
