“It was my wife’s birthday, and we decided to have brunch at Meaa’s. We were looked after by Alex, who checked in on us throughout our visit. She was absolutely lovely and helped create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. One particularly thoughtful touch was when she discreetly asked me to wait a few minutes so she could bring out some ice cream with a candle for my wife. It was such a genuine gesture and made the start of her birthday extra special. Thank you so much, Alex, for your kindness and excellent service. You truly made our morning memorable!”
