Customer Review Summary

Diners come for the cakes, and the pistachio and rose cake draws the warmest praise, its tangy cream cutting the sweetness. Saffron cake and Saffron Tres Leches are described as soft, milky and a standout, and others name the ricotta raspberry, the Ferrero Rocher cake and the tiramisu. Cakes are called rich and filling, and one reviewer notes the selection changes with the season. Matcha, tea, a chocolate truffle milkshake and pasta with vegan options also get mentions. The honey cake splits opinion: one reviewer calls it the signature cake, while two others found it dry, with little honey taste, one describing walnut and digestive biscuit flavours. One reviewer found the milk cake overly sweet from condensed milk, and another asks for the music, especially the bass, to be turned down. Reviewers describe a big cafe with plenty of seating and friendly, attentive staff, and one says the manager suggested which cakes to try and the heavy, filling choices were each rich and tasty.

“Went here with my mum for afternoon tea. Splendid experience! A vast variety of cakes, tarts & bakery items. We were looked after by Keros, the manager. He was very friendly and accommodating! He also suggested us what to try in cakes and I loved his choice! Very heavy and filling options. Each equally rich and tasty. 10/10 would recommend!”

“L'eto are kings of London's coffee and cake scene. Great ambience in every location, amazing selection of freshly made cakes, specialty coffee and clean interior. Toilets are well maintained (a sign of a high class establishment). I have tried every branch and each of them offers a unique twist of the interior and ambience. And consistency in the offering and service. Don't leave without trying their Tiramisu (one of the best in town) and honey cake (their signature cake). Some locations also serve lunches with an Eastern European twist (dumplings etc). The only recommendation for this venue is to slightly reduce the volume of the music (especially the bass) by 1-2 notches to keep it in the background.”
