Customer Review Summary
The complaints are mostly about service and delivery. One regular says a delivery order was wrong and staff then tried to charge extra despite a price confirmed by phone, and describes the staff as rude. Another reports a late-night call answered rudely, with an XL pizza order that staff did not seem to understand. A third says the order never arrived and the driver never called, texted or used the app. One reviewer found a medium meat and chicken meal with chips not worth the money, while the pizza that arrived with sauce and serviettes already included is what others recall.

“I am disappointed with my order experience. My food was never delivered, and the delivery driver did not contact me by phone, text, or through the app to communicate any issue or attempt the delivery. I waited for my order, but it never arrived. This is unacceptable, especially when there was no communication from the driver.”
