Customer Review Summary
Pizzas draw the most praise at this Baker Street branch, with reviewers calling them excellent, fresh, and a good size. One describes a Four Seasons packed with toppings, another enjoyed the BBQ Burnt Ends pizza, and the crust is noted for just the right amount of char. Close behind are the starters, with dough balls, pesto dough balls, and calamari singled out, plus a peach fizz one diner calls a highlight. Service is described as friendly, patient, and welcoming, including a large birthday group that was accommodated, and one visitor found it a cool relief during a heatwave. Reviewers also mention a clean restaurant, a relaxed atmosphere, and good value, and one suggests downloading the app for offers. The one critical review rates the food as ok but calls the service terrible, saying the table waited a long time after asking for dessert and had to try many times to get a response from staff. Several reviewers, by contrast, say the staff made them feel looked after even when the restaurant was busy.

“I recently stopped by PizzaExpress on Baker Street for a early dinner before a show at Wembley. It’s a great spot for a relaxed bite to eat. It had a great buzz, and the food as always was very good - the pizzas are always fantastic. The service was friendly and efficient, and great deals on offer, it’s always fantastic value for money. I’d definitely download their app before you go as there are some great offers on there.”

“One of my favourite branches to visit! The team are just absolutely lovely :) Mariana gave us the best service despite how busy it was. She was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. It’s been a while since I last had Pizza Express, the food tasted even better than I remembered! I will definitely be back sooner this time ^_^”

“I visited this spot during one of London’s hottest stretches this summer, desperately looking for somewhere to escape the heat and grab a good lunch. It turned out to be exactly what I needed — cool, comfortable, and a genuine relief from the sweltering streets outside. The pizza was excellent: perfectly cooked with a great balance of flavors, easily some of the best I’ve had in London. The crust had just the right amount of char, and the toppings felt fresh rather than an afterthought. Service was attentive without being intrusive — quick to check in, friendly, and clearly happy to have us out of the heat as much as we were. Between the food, the AC, and the hospitality, it made for a genuinely relaxing lunch break in the middle of a scorching day. I’d absolutely return, heatwave or not.”
