Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the pizzas themselves, especially the dough, which several call chewy and well cooked, crispy outside and fresh inside, and one says tastes like Naples. The pepperoni and hot honey and a mushroom pizza get named, and pizzas arriving hot on hot plates stands out to one diner. Close behind is friendly, attentive service, with groups of eight and large multilingual parties saying they were made to feel welcome. Drinks and a truffle dip also earn praise. The main complaints concern the crust. One reviewer calls the thicker bases a little dry on their own and suggests ordering dipping sauces from the start, while another who lived in Naples finds the dough very chewy and not up to the hype, with large crusts limiting the topping area. The same diner was disappointed when staff would not split a scoop of chocolate and vanilla ice cream for a 4-year-old, and felt the 12.5% service charge was unearned. Several mention a waiter gifting a child a cookbook, and one describes a surprise treat at the end of the meal.

“I count my calories and an app found this spot after I took a picture of my plate. This mushroom pizza had enough protein and tasted great without feeling like diet food. The restaurant has a nice and clean atmosphere.”

“What a great little spot. Visiting London with family and needed a place to eat before seeing a show. We booked ahead but arrived slightly early. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by all staff. Particular mention goes to John who served us - nothing was too much trouble and such a polite member of staff. The food was amazing and the service fantastic. If you're in town, pay them a visit.”

“A mixed bag; we were quickly seated 14 mins ahead of reservation time, which was appreciated. Service was friendly and the pizzas were tasty but the dough was very chewy, nowhere near as good as the average Neapolitan (we lived in Naples for 3 years), particularly given the hype and claims. Decent set pizza prices but topping area restricted by very large crusts and a bit stingy on the additional toppings for additional prices. Disappointingly inflexible when dealing with a 4-year old's request for half a scoop of chocolate and half a scoop of vanilla icecream, when both are just taken from large tubs. 12.5% auto service charge not earned given the inflexible attitude, which I would have reduced a bit but unfortunately I had to walk round the block with our crying baby, taking over from wife, who just paid and left.”

“Fantastic Pizza, it taste like in Napoli itself, the dough, the ingredients, the quality it is just an dream. We have been a bit shocked in the beginning as it has an super American Flair once you enter, but luckily it is 100% Italian taste. Best Pizza in London so far!!!! We loved it and we will come back for sure.”
