  “I visited your salon for the first time today. I appreciated that you took the time to help me choose a natural colour. However, I left feeling genuinely disappointed. I politely asked if it would be possible to apply the polish three times instead of twice because I am going on holiday and wanted it to last longer. I completely understood if there was an extra charge and would have been happy to pay, but the tone of the response made me feel unwelcome and genuinely upset. What disappointed me the most was what happened at the end of my appointment. I watched every customer before me have hand cream applied and massaged into their hands. When it was my turn, the cream was simply shown to me and I was expected to apply it myself. Being treated differently like that was hurtful and left me feeling embarrassed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the nails, and sadly my experience did not reflect that. I won’t be returning.”

  “The staff are incredibly nice and always so accommodating. They really listen to what I want and make sure I leave happy. Every time I get my nails done or my Eyelashes done they turn out exactly how l pictured them. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I wouldn't go anywhere else!🥰🥰🥰 I can't say enough good things about this salon! They are amazing staff, friendly and very professional ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

  “I’ve been coming here since 2013 and they’re honestly the best. Always so friendly and consistent. Just tried their new detox pedicure (went for the lavender one) and it was sooo good, super relaxing and my feet felt amazing after. Definitely worth it if you want a proper treat.”

  “I honestly had the most AMAZING manicure and pedicure experience of my life with Lee and Jenny! And that is not something I say lightly — I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16, and this completely topped every experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. The attention to detail was next level. Lee did my BIAB on my hands and the precision, shape, and finish are absolutely flawless. Jenny did shellac on my feet and I am SO impressed — perfection from start to finish. What really stood out was how much pride they take in their work. It didn’t feel rushed, it felt luxurious. Every step was done with care and expertise, and the results speak for themselves. My nails look and feel incredible. This was my first time here, but I can guarantee it won’t be my last. Next time I’m even bringing my mum so she can enjoy this wonderful experience too!   “I always enjoy going to Linh Nails. They are all professional and friendly technicians. Their work is impeccable and I always receive nice compliments after I do my nails there.
