Customer Review Summary
Galouti kebabs lead the praise, described as breaking apart easily and melting in the mouth, alongside seekh kebabs, dahi ke kebab and other grilled meats. Lamb biryani comes close behind, called authentic Awadhi and so generous that one couple ordering one each could not finish them, though another reviewer found the biryani merely decent and a boneless chicken version small by US standards. Murgh makhni, butter chicken, gajar ka halwa and gulab jamun also earn compliments. Staff are described as attentive without pushing extra orders. Complaints centre on price, called a bit pricey, and the karak chai, which two reviewers found too heavy on cardamom, one calling it bitter. One reviewer adds that reservations are recommended because the space is small. A large birthday group ended the night with staff supplying bags and containers for takeaway.

“The chicken 65 is OK biryani is great. The pieces are done well... I mean if you're coming from the US, you might find the portion to be really small. It is a boneless chicken biryani really good. I will try it again. I think I can eat two of them and yellow daal is good. Panipuri is OK too.”

“Quick service. Tried butter chicken which was very tasty. Very close to marble arch. Washroom facility with faucet. Reservation recommended as not very spacious.”

“BKC was such a fantastic find during my time in London! Even with a last-minute booking, the team was incredibly accommodating and fit us in right away. The space is new and has a wonderfully cozy vibe. The staff are exceptionally attentive without being overbearing. I really appreciated that they weren’t pushy at all; they didn't try to force extra orders just for the sake of sales, which made the experience much more relaxing. Although I wasn’t very hungry when I arrived, the food was so high-quality and delicious that I ended up eating much more than expected! It was the perfect wrap-up to my trip. Highly recommended!”

“I held my bday dinner here last night and had dinner for 20 people. It's honestly been one of my favorite bday parties because of the venue, the food and the staff. Arnab is the manager there for the last two weeks he's been messaging regularly checking I have everything and to get prepared for the event! He was also so helpful on the night as well and so kind and generous and looked after us immaculately! Thank you so much! Deeksha was our waitress and she was honestly 💥💥💥 The orders were complicated some people were drinking others weren't and the food order was very tricky. She had an amazing system ready for the 20people and it worked! Nothing went wrong everything went right! This was because she cared so much and she went over and beyond! Thanks so so much for everything!! The food is incredible so tasty and not overpriced especially for London. We even had take away and they gave bags and containers for us to takeaway. The best bday BKC you were amazing and I'm very grateful to the staff and the chefs there! Thank you”

“BKC is a fantastic spot for authentic Indian food. Everything we tried was absolutely lovely and full of flavour. The portions are massive - I’d definitely recommend sharing the lamb biryani, as my fiancé and I ordered one each and it was way more food than we could finish. The food was very tasty and came out quickly, especially since it wasn’t too busy at the time. Overall, a great dining experience and highly recommended if you’re craving authentic Indian cuisine.”
