“I recently went here for threading, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The owner was extremely rude and had a very unprofessional attitude. They didn't seem to know how to speak respectfully to their own staff, which made the environment uncomfortable. On top of that, the customer service was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience.”

“So I went today for my face wax and the lady who done my face wax soon as I sat down I put my phone on my lap she picked up my phone without my consent and put it on the mirror table then she started saying my facial hair is like men and started laughing after thatshe kept showing me the wax strip of my nose and said I got black heads also she was talking to her colleague and spitting on my face without realising what she’s doing . Customer service of this place is -0. Nothing about this horrible place is good . They should close this place down or they need give their staff costumer service trainings .”

“I came to do my eyebrows and waxing, the women did not understand or listen to what I wanted and then she started arguing with me. Very unprofessional and rude. The manager was just sitting there drinking tea and eating. They tried to over charge me for a bad service. I would not recommend!!!!!!”

“I had a very concerning experience here due to hygiene standards. During my visit, I noticed tools not being properly cleaned between clients, unclean treatment areas with the Laser. For a place offering hair and laser treatments, hygiene and sanitation should be a top priority, and unfortunately this didn’t feel up to a safe or professional standard. It made me quite uncomfortable and I decided not to continue with services. I’m not sure how this business is still running as there are multiple reviews regarding the same issue. Terrible staffing!”
