About Tinto Coffee
The heated patio at Tinto Coffee gives this corner coffee shop on Fulham Palace Road in SW6 room for outdoor dining, and dogs are welcome, with dog treats available for them. Coffee is the mainstay, made with single estate beans, and oat milk is among the options. The kitchen runs a breakfast and full menu that takes in Eggs Benedict, along with toasties and paninis such as a chorizo and melted cheese one. Cheese breads, pastries and a selection of cakes sit alongside at the counter. The café works on a walk-in basis rather than bookings, and a step-free entrance lets visitors with mobility needs come in without a step to negotiate. Seating indoors is available as well as out. Open daily, it carries on later into the afternoon for tea and cake, with music playing in the room.

Customer Review Summary
The main complaint is a single account of service. A customer who changed an order from an oat flat white to something iced says the barista replied "I have two coffees to make. You can think, think," while gesturing at his head. The customer found it unwelcoming, left for another café and rated the service one out of five, while suspecting it was one staff member. Another diner remembers a toddler dancing to the music all afternoon.

“Such a lovely little corner café! A friend took me here because it’s her favourite spot in Fulham, and I completely understand why. On a sunny day, sitting outside with a coffee and watching the world go by is just perfect. I didn’t order much, but the atmosphere and the genuinely warm, attentive service really stood out. You can tell it’s a favourite with locals. A cosy little gem that I’ll happily come back to for a breakfast”

“I visited yesterday (1st July) afternoon,as I had an appointment nearby. I first ordered an oat flat white but before paying I politely told him I had changed my mind and was considering something iced instead. The response I received was”I have two coffees to make. You can think, think,” accompanied by a gesture towards his head. I found this inappropriate and unwelcoming. He could have simply asked me to wait a moment, prepared the two coffees, and then taken my order with proper attention and patience. I chose not to continue with the order and went to another café instead. I can see this café has many positive reviews, so I have rated it four out of five overall to be fair, especially as I did not actually try anything. However, I rated the service one out of five. It might be an issue with the professionalism and training of a single staff member, but overall, it left a very poor first impression.”

“Great food! The toasties or paninis are amazing for a cold spring morning, especially with the cheese melting in between the chorizo. The coffees are rich and flavourful.”

“I love this cafe. I love their Belgian hot chocolate. I love their coffee. I live their match latte. I love their pastries. But what I love most is that every person serving in this cafe is the nicest soul! It's also dog friendly and we love to swing by on weekends after long walks with our dog. 10 🌟/5”

“Tinto is such a fabulous hub for all things coffee! Great single estate beans, beautifully ground and never burnt. The food is really very good too. But best of all, the service. Paul and his lovely team are brilliant hosts. They are part of the community and they really, really care. Guys, please bring back your upbeat music. It really perked me up in the morning and matched your positive vibe. You can only hear Tiptoe Through the Tulips so many times!”
