Customer Review Summary
Thai curries are the dish reviewers raise most. The red is described as on the sweet side and the green as spicy, and a vegetable green curry with mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower gets its own mention. Close behind is the coffee, including Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea, with one reviewer praising the latte art. Reviewers also name the granola, a scone, white chocolate pecan cookies, and salted caramel and cookie dough brownies. Staff are called friendly and welcoming, and the small, cosy room is filled with handmade pottery and cute cups that reviewers say are for sale. The complaints are specific. One longtime regular reports a drop in quality, with chewy chicken in the curry and granules instead of tea leaves in the tea, and calls the cappuccino hit and miss. Another found the matcha coconut latte needed sugar added and the green curry spicier than expected. One reviewer suggests asking for the condensed milk separate with the Vietnamese coffee so the sweetness can be adjusted.

“Lovely little independent café with good Thai food (I had bahn mi) and delicious coffee.”

“Cute little cafe with a great atmosphere! I've been going there since it first opened. Past tense- marks 5/5. My favourites were Robush tea, beef curry or chicken red curry. However, I've experienceca big drop in the quality of the chicken *chewy* & granules instead of actual tea leafs in Rosbush tea. Lower quality & higher prices curry is now £14.50. Hence, 2* for food. Coffee is still good though, but it can be hit & miss re: cappuccino!”

“Such an amazing vibe, coffee is made at an exceptional level with great latte art. Bakery is decadent and divine. The brownies are 10/10 especially the salted caramel brownie and cookie dough brownie. Lunch is great too, thai curry with rice is a lovely treat.”

“Charming little find – perfect for a cosy drink and bite. We stumbled upon The Robin Craft Café on a Sunday afternoon after a walk by the river, and what a lovely surprise it was! It’s in a convenient location and was one of the few places open at that time – a real hidden gem. The atmosphere inside is nice and a bit quirky – definitely on the more decorative side, but in a charming, creative way. The walls and shelves are filled with handmade pottery, cute cups (which look hand-painted), and other interesting bits and pieces. It adds a unique touch and makes the place feel personal and kind of cosy. Though the café is quite small, it’s very inviting and perfect for either takeaway or a relaxed sit-in. The drinks menu is great – with options like smoothies, lemonades, a good selection of coffees, and a surprisingly wide variety of loose leaf teas. I had a freshly squeezed juice which was really refreshing, and my partner enjoyed his mocha. They also offer cakes and light bites – ideal if you’re after something small and satisfying. All in all, this café is a lovely spot for a quality drink, a sweet treat, or a quick break from your walk. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Recently checked out this cafe on Sheen Lane near East Sheen, and it’s super easy to get to—just a 10 min walk from the train station. They’ve got plenty of seating, including some nice outdoor spots, and the staff are really friendly. I grabbed a scone and a matcha, and both were pretty tasty. They also sell some cute handcrafted coffee mugs and other goodies. Overall, it's definitely a place I’d recommend!”
