“Great selection of food and service however one lady with glasses serving today at she wouldn't greet me when I was standing at the counter ready to order, instead she went on her phone and started texting instead of serving me. As well as being unprofessional behaviour, this was very unhygienic as well as she didn't wash her hands after touching her phone. I also had to get her attention which was very annoying as I was clearly waiting to be served. No apology from the woman either.”

Once you try it, you'll want to come back and taste everything on the menu. The service is exceptional. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and happy to help, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. I stop by every morning for my coffee, and I can never resist their chicken and beef coxinhas—they are absolutely delicious! 🤤 A special thank you to the two girls who work there. They are always so friendly, kind, and professional, and they make every visit a pleasure 🌟🌟💓💓. It's hard to find such genuine customer service in London these days. Highly recommend”

“❌❌❌❌I want to describe this restaurant and coffee shop as the most expensive in the area. Where there is an incorrect staff who do not even speak English. Every time I buy something they change the prices according to their wishes. Every moment. There is also a guy with a beard who does not know English and simply sets the prices according to his wishes. Once I paid for a candy that costs 0.5p for 1£ .. I believe that there is no management and the workers do it their own way. For the staff and the prices I wanted to rate it with -0”

“We visited before attending a nearby funeral, and were planning a sandwich lunch or similar. The sweet and savoury pastries looked delicious, but we were amazed to find no less than six different hot dishes from grilled chicken to fish or beef casserole, with side dishes of vegetables, rice and beans. All ready to go, no waiting. It was all absolutely delicious, and served in very generous portions. We finished with excellent coffee and hot chocolate, so had a fab, freshly cooked lunch for £15. Friendly service, very clean surroundings, clearly lots of happy regular customers. What a find!”
