Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often praise the coffee itself, singling out an Americano with an excellent balance of acidity and a well-prepared latte, in a space they call beautiful, cozy and authentically Colombian, with shelves of coffee, artwork and desserts. Close behind are a tasty soya matcha latte, free alternative milk, free WiFi and USB charging, and staff who welcomed a family warmly an hour before closing. One visitor notes a lone barista working nonstop through a busy few hours. The complaints are specific. One reviewer says the matcha is an instant mix with coconut sugar and cinnamon that tastes like a coconutty chai, and calls a latte bland. Another found a regular cappuccino lip-burning hot, and weekends are described as extremely busy with fairly slow service. A reviewer who came for two new drinks found the signature pink-purple tones and styled garnish missing. A regular customer says that asking for two extra ice cubes in an iced latte brought a request to pay extra.

“Beautiful setup. Charging points for laptops & mobile provides a comfy Starbucks feel. I ordered Martha’s Gresha, iced coffee.Slight tangy with tinge of sweetner. Loved the flavour.”

“I have been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for over three years and visit regularly. Based on my bank records, I spend more than £740 per year here, so I consider myself a valued and local customer. Today, I ordered an iced latte and received my drink quickly. After receiving it, I politely asked if two extra ice cubes could be added. To my surprise, I was told that I would have to pay extra. I found this disappointing, especially considering how small and reasonable the request was. What made the experience worse was the lack of flexibility and customer care shown in the interaction. After years of supporting this business, I expected a more accommodating response to such a minor request. And I asked her name she said govinda. I hope management reviews how customer service situations like this are handled, as experiences like this can leave loyal customers feeling unappreciated.”

“We had the best time here yesterday! I’m in town for a work trip and needed a nice spot with wifi and this more than exceeded my expectations. The vibe was nice, the coffee was great and the star of the show was our barista Vicky (Victoria). She was a true delight and it was a joy to chat with her. She worked truly nonstop as the lone barista for the few hours while we were there - she’s the mvp. Thank you!”
