  “Absolutely fantastic ice cream and such a lovely experience! I had the chocolate salted caramel and honestly, it was stunning — genuinely one of the best ice creams I’ve had in a long time. The quality was absolutely spot on, with loads of flavour and a really generous portion. The service was fantastic too. The team were really friendly and attentive, and you could tell there was a real focus on the little details. The place itself was spotlessly clean and has a really cool, trendy feel, helped by its location in such a lively part of Brixton. I also thought the price was absolutely fair. £4.20 for a cone with such a generous amount of really high-quality ice cream felt like very good value — definitely not overpriced. For me, it’s an easy 5/5. Great ice cream, great service, great atmosphere and excellent value. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you to the whole team at Koala — you’ve got a new regular! 🍦❤️”

  “After a very long day, the service, atmosphere and ice cream really hit the spot. Our lovely batista, Leo, helped us make a superb decision with three delectable flavours. I'm sure I will return to try some of the many other options!! Ella and Cyril provided service with a smile to finish off our experience.”

  “I visited the shop recently, as the ice creams are amazing, you can feel the homemade taste, and the staff were very friendly. I would like some umbrellas on the front tables. I really recommend you to visit and try the Ice cream, and I will definitely come back soon cause is just 15 minutes by bike from my place.”

  “After hearing other reviewers praise the hot chocolate, I decided to visit this caffe. My expectations were already high, but the hot chocolate exceeded them. It’s the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Ginger cake was also tasty. Additionally, the female staff was incredibly kind, with warm smiles that added to the experience. If possible, I’d rate it 10.”
