Starbucks Coffee
Quick info
About Starbucks Coffee
Inside Marylebone Railway Station, Starbucks Coffee serves passengers heading to or from trains with coffee, espresso, and tea alongside breakfast, lunch, and pastries. Hot chocolate is also on the menu. Orders are placed and collected at the counter, with no table service, and the shop opens daily to suit travelers on varying schedules. A step-free, wheelchair-accessible entrance allows visitors with mobility needs to reach the counter without obstruction, and outdoor seating gives travelers a spot to sit with luggage before heading to the platforms. This is a walk-in coffee shop, so no reservations are needed or accepted. One point worth noting for regulars is that rewards or points tied to the app cannot always be redeemed on site.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply over the counter staff, with the cappuccino and latte at the center of the praise. Satisfied customers describe friendly, polite baristas who remember regular orders, a cappuccino one reviewer calls the best they have had, and a hot chocolate that warmed a winter morning off the train. Cheese bread, almond croissant, tuna panini and buns are called fresh, though one reviewer found the cookies below standard. The complaints are more numerous and specific. Several describe rude staff on their phones and wrong drinks: lemonade poured over a watery drink instead of remaking it, and a vegan hot chocolate made with dairy milk, which that reviewer says nearly made them sick. Others report a charred Americano, a hazelnut latte likened to expired medicine, and a burnt, watery large coffee. A few mention refused app rewards, and one was turned away before opening time. One reviewer says a drink was remade and handed back exactly the same.

“Amazing place and even more amazing staff. I was served with a smile by two very friendly guys Jay and Jd. They always remember our orders, always very friendly and really professional. The coffee here is very tasty, so I always want to come back. The management is also very good, they work responsibly and very caring in this shop. I definitely recommend everyone to visit here for a delicious coffee or to eat a sandwich or a bun that is always fresh! This is the best place in Marylebone Station!”

“The staff (Siri and JD) are very polite, friendly, professional, approachable, and go the extra mile to deliver a very wonderful service to their customers. Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in Marylebone Station. I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good Latte. The atmosphere inside this shop is very vibrant and relaxing. I will definitely rate them a five-star for everything that they provide. Truly amazing! Thank you so much, guys! I WILL BE BACK”
