We named Benita after Pili's grandmother, who believed that good food was one of life's simple pleasures and that everyday meals deserved just as much care as special occasions. That's how we cook today. We prepare everything from scratch using ingredients we genuinely love eating ourselves. In the morning: specialty coffee, mini croissants and warm brioche fresh from the oven. At lunch: the baguettes we're known for, toasties, croques, salads, soups and frittatas made daily.
