  “I ordered the Honey Soy Popcorn Chicken and a little Strawberry Shake, and both were absolutely delicious! 😋 The sauce on the popcorn chicken was especially amazing — packed with flavour and seriously addictive. As an Aussie visiting London, I’d honestly recommend this over KFC. It’s tastier, feels like much better value for money, and the food was really satisfying. The staff also deserve a shout-out — friendly, efficient, and attentive. I noticed they were constantly keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something tasty, affordable, and better than your typical fast-food experience! 🍗🥤”

  “Absolutely devoured the food! Amazing I got the spicy chicken burger meal and I would get it every time! And the fries are so nice and crispy. Food came in 7 minutes! Even when it was sooo busy. Service was amazing and workers came to check if we were enjoying the food. Come here every time!”

  “The staff, cleanliness, and comfy seating are top notch, but the menu is definitely overrated. The chicken burger has good quality meat but zero wow factor, and the smaller sandwich I tried had a really odd sauce I did not like. Honestly, the fries and cola were the best things I ordered. It isn't a bad place, but keep your expectations in check. It is just another average fried chicken joint.”

  “Food was amazing, cannot fault that one bit. Nice crispy batter with great flavour and the sauce was also amazing! In terms of Service it’s self serve and you pick up your food when your buzzer goes off. Which is a smooth process.”

  “Had a really good experience at The Chicken Shop! I got the K-pop loaded fries and they were so tasty. Also grabbed a shake which definitely hit the spot. I loved that you order at a kiosk, which made everything quick and easy, and we didn’t have to wait long for the food at all. It was also an easy walk to and from the Underground transportation and wasn’t crowded, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely would go back!”

  “The quality of the chicken here is incomparable to other restaurants. Every element blends in, the tenderness, the juiciness and the flavour all complients each other perfectly. This is one of the best chicken restaurants Ive been too, I just wish it was closer to my area.”

  “tenders sandwich , naked tenders , tender hamburger are all delicious just i am not sure about the ones with sauce on them and system works well service is quick with the buzzers. nice location to eat quick and good to be careful because you can feel full as their portions are big”
