  “The chicken is quite good, fairly tender, not as crunchy as others and the "hot" scoville version is a decent level of spicy for my taste. Fries were average. The sliders portion is decent and bread bun suits this kind of sandwich. The staff are very helpful with recommendations and friendly”

  “We ordered the Dave’s #2 meal, 2 sliders, fries & sauce with 2 drinks. The food was delicious, after trying their food I get the hype. The chicken is full of flavour and the sauces just add to it. Defo recommend & will go back everytime we go Westfield shopping. Service was great, even tho the queues are long it moves fast.”

  “Varsha made our visit outstanding! We noticed that she was cleaning tables and greeting guests while we waited for our meal. She made a great impression on us! We loved the food and the atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly. This will definitely be a must stop for us here in London. Having had lots of Dave’s in the US it’s so great that they get the food right and everything tastes fantastic. This was one of the highlights of our trip, as the restaurant was very well managed and absolutely clean. Food was just like in the US but much cleaner. Even the hand dryer in the restroom was top notch! Thank you.”

  “Easy to order, if you go before 2pm less people. Red slushie is so good, especially on a very hot day. Food combos are quite big and at a reasonable price. If you have a weak taste buds please get the plain one haha.”

  “the food is good, the tender is big, but not very juicy. the order machine is not working well, after payment, there's no receipt, luckily I took a photo, otherwise I don't even know which one is mine, and I had to remind the staff to give me the cup. it's a bit chaotic, it can be managed better.”

  “Great way to eat chicken in a self-selected scale of „hotness“. Delicious and tender chicken. Super friendly staff, very mindful and caring. One star less for the location (London city center), but doesn’t lower the taste experience!”

  “The munch was actually buss ngl. The honey drip is so sick. Glad I tried this place. The prices are a little dear but I think that if everything nowadays. I had the burger with one tender and cheesy fries. I will be back. Reminded me of fried chicken I had in Texas. Amazing. Cya mon!”

  “I am writing to raise a complaint about a recent order at Dave’s Hot Chicken that was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. We paid £40 for a meal that only included 10 chicken tenders, 5 pieces of bread, and a drink — with no fries at all. For that price, this is unacceptable and feels very overpriced. When placing the order, we were clearly told that it would come with large fries. However, when we received the order, there were no fries included. This is misleading and not what we agreed to purchase. We raised the issue at the time and requested a refund or resolution, but this was refused. The manager on duty, Yasin, did not handle the situation appropriately or offer any solution. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a full refund or appropriate compensation for the missing items and poor service.”

  “Tried Dave’s Hot Chicken in London and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Service was quick and friendly, and the vibe was casual and energetic. Definitely a must-try if you’re in London and craving bold, satisfying comfort food.”

  “Ate at Dave’s Hot Chicken at lunchtime on Saturday 11th April 2026. I had Dave’s about a month ago in Birmingham and that was my first exposure. So I wanted to try the one in London. The food is really really good. I ordered the 1 Slider 1 Tender meal. Personally I prefer the sliders to the tenders just because there is more flavour and texture, but the chicken is really good. I also extremely enjoy the Dave’s Hot Pickle. That Pickle is incredible! I do think the meal portions are really filling and quite big, but I think that’s a nice problem to have. Better to have too much than not enough. This place was busy, so just a heads up. But the interior design is really cool too.”
