  “I have several complaints about my visit with this spa. 1. I get a call from the staff asking me if I can come 30 minutes late as the previous clients came late. I said no , I get to the spa for 12:55 yet my session doesn’t start until 15 mins later as the “previous client just left and the place had to be tidied”, how can we trust it was properly cleaned? How unprofessional that there is nothing in place to make sure clients don’t violate with timings. The owner basically said if anyone stays for as long as they want they can’t do anything which is absolutely pathetic. 2. ⁠Our session was interupted 2 times for jacuzzi and sauna. The jacuzzi was emptied from previous clients that left late, first 30 mins we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as the person had to come to refill this. The sauna was not working, she came down once again and tried to fix this, but it did not fix our entire session. The jacuzzi was terrible, the jets weren’t working properly only one was fine and it was spraying everywhere uncontrollably??? We didn’t receive the experience we paid for, the spa place comes with 3 facilities: sauna, steam & jacuzzi yet 1/3 worked. If anything I should be only paying a 1/3 max of the price then? The showers went freezing cold after a few minutes and did not get hot again. How embarrassing that the showers in a SPA go cold and the owner has no explanation, “with the showers if the clients let them run for a long time the water gets cold I think”. Absolute joke how can you say I think??? This spa is absolutely ridiculous, the owner offered to give them another try…. I wouldn’t even go if it was to be completely free. This place definitely does not care about their customers, the owner was so adamant on giving 20% refund for this terrible service and then in the end she gave a 40% refund which I still think is pathetic.”

  “Would not visit again. Came here back in January for my birthday - On arrival we had to wait 45 minutes because they weren’t ready (they had other people using the facility before us, whose session had clearly overrun). Floors could have been wiped after the previous use in order to prevent slipping but they weren’t. It was very dangerous walking in the jacuzzi area. The lady was very awkward - we thought she would at least knock before coming in with the shisha but she just walked in without warning which was really unprofessional considering this is supposed to be a private experience (as a person who wears a hijab this is vital). Not to mention the shisha pipe was faulty as no smoke would come out - however, we didn’t bother telling her this as it would’ve taken up our time for the hour that we paid for and we did not want to waste it. The jacuzzi itself kept changing temperature on its own and it simply wasn’t warm enough, so it may have been faulty. When our session was about to end, we started to get changed a few minutes ahead yet we were being rushed out despite the fact that we were changing. We could have chosen to get our hours worth of money and leave on the dot but out of courtesy we didn’t. This spa could do really well if they work more on their customer service. Even if your facilities disappoint, the way you come across can change people’s perspectives. As someone who isn’t from London, we would have been returning customers had it not been for these setbacks.”

  “Booked a haircut on treatwell. Had to wait around 15 mins as the hairdresser had a customer booked the same time as me. Requested for a large amount trimmed. Was charged extra as this is considered a restyle. Been to many hairdressers and they don’t usually do this so found it extra. The water temp for the wash was really hot and would go cold. I was checked on about the temp, but I feel like hairdressers should know what an acceptable temp is. The brushing from the blow dryer tugged my hair a little could’ve been a bit softer. Price was okay. Very clean and trendy salon. Customer service could be better, I think they need to be a little more friendlier and chatty. All in all satisfied with my haircut”

  “There is no words to describe the amazing experience we had at Sals beauty spa. The customer service was amazing. The massage was perfect and it’s the most beautiful experience. We went for the Lux package which is meant for couples. However, I took my best friend on this experience, and it couldn’t be more relaxing, so this is not just for couples This experience would be perfect for your mum for any close relative or friend, and it was the perfect ending to a busy weekend in London. Thank you so much for the experience will definitely be returning!!!”

  “Our experience at Salsbeautyspa was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance was breathtaking , the customer service was great and the massage was very soothing.   “The spa was a wonderful experience for me. We arrived a little early, but the staff was accommodating and let us start our session right away. The staff member gave us thorough descriptions of the amenities and even helped us connect to the speakers and Wi-Fi. Throughout our tour, there was excellent communication. The jacuzzi was one of the joys for me. The fruit tray and drinks that were provided were an additional pleasant touch that improved the overall experience. The 30-minute massage I had scheduled was also incredibly soothing. I had a good day at the spa overall. Without a doubt, I would advise going, and I want to go back again soon.”

  “AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! My sister took me today to the spa for my birthday…. There was no hot water to have a shower and the owner salma is not very helpful she only wanted to refund £20 for 3 people and we paid over £200😂 Great place to take pictures for tiktok and insta but nothing more! Honestly take your money els where! She went and blocked my sister on instagram! Salam if you are reading this still waiting for at least 25% refund! Never been to a spa where there is no hot water! What a joke! Attached a picture so people don’t think this is a fake review or owners to say you never been to this spa😂”

  “Visited last week Thursday ti celebrate my 4th year anniversary with my husband and it was amazing! We had such a lovely time at the spa. Couldn’t have gone any better wish we stayed longer. Two hours goes by to quick. Maria made us feel so comfortable and her customer service was 10/10. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Maria. I wish you the best ❤️❤️”

  “One of the best spa’s located in the London, absolutely amazing service and location. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Everything was on point, not a single thing to complain about. Worth the money, worth the travel, highly recommend anyone who needs a great time to relax to go with their friends, family or spouses.   “I had a horrible experience today. I went to get my nails regular polish done. I told the lady doing my nails that they were sensitive she pushed my cuticles back which led to excess bleeding. I asked her to remove the polish off as I was in a lot of pain while removing it off my nails were bleeding and she kept rubbing it with the nail polish remover. Didn't apologise about what happened now I can't feel my nails even when I called to complain she just disregarded the matter and said it was normal to bleed while having my cuticles pushed back now I'm on numbing cream and can't feel my nails at all I sent her the picture on Instagram DM but she just said use olive oil and update me tomorrow. Unbelievable this will be the first and last time I'll ever come here so unprofessional and they weren't even apologetic at all!!”
