I had a wonderful experience at My Beauty Hub in Mile End and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I booked both a haircut and a facial, and both exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my haircut and delivered a result that was even better than I had imagined. The cut was precise, stylish, and suited me perfectly. The facial was equally impressive. It was relaxing, refreshing, and left my skin feeling clean, smooth, and glowing.   “I keep coming back here because it's so close to my home. It's important to trust your beautition and I really trust Nidia with all my services, especially waxing of any type. It's my one stop go to- the only service I do not use is hair because they do not do the styles I best prefer for my hair. Outside of that, I have had various services and I can rely on the outcome I desire. I can also get an appointment in the same week if I need to pop-in or book in advance for multiple treatments. A good friendly staff and welcoming space.”

  “Did a post op lymphatic drainage with a lovely lady whose name started with a N I don’t remember her full name. She was so gentle and only put pressure where I could manage it, the massage was so amazing she also did waxed and tinted my brows after and they looked amazing also. I finally found the perfect beauty one stop shop. The staff were so helpful I will be booking again for tomorrow lymphatic drainage.”

  “Great value and a genuinely positive experience. I walked in and got 25% off, so a wash, cut, and blow dry for my very long hair came to just £45, an absolute steal compared to other salons. Monica was lovely, took her time, and kept checking I was happy (especially since I was going for a big chop!). What really stood out was their honesty, after I left, they texted to say they’d only applied a 20% discount by mistake and owed me £3.75. I wouldn’t have noticed, so that level of integrity really impressed me. Would definitely recommend!”

  “I had such a great experience at this salon today for a wash, cut and blow dry ✨ From the moment I arrived for my 5pm appointment, everything ran perfectly on time with no waiting around, which I really appreciated (especially considering it was a couple of days before Eid, therefore busier than usual). The whole service took about an hour, which felt just right given how thick and long my hair is. A special shoutout to the stylist who cut my hair (I didn’t catch her name, but she was Indian) - she was fantastic. She really listened to what I wanted, offered helpful advice, and struck the perfect balance between following my ideas and adding her professional touch. She was also super efficient, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. She also communicated clearly throughout, explaining what she was doing at each step and why, which I really valued. The salon itself is lovely too - big, spacious, and very clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’m genuinely so impressed and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend! 💇‍♀️”
