  “As a loyal customer of many years, I was disappointed by your store's £20 minimum card payment policy. When I needed to leave to withdraw cash, I felt uncomfortable and humiliated by the requirement to leave a personal item behind as collateral. Other local businesses handle this situation with far more trust and professionalism. In an era where very few people carry cash, this policy feels outdated and creates an unnecessarily negative experience.”

  “I had an appointment at 3.30 for pedicure but I ended up waiting till 3.45.when someone finally came she made me put feet in lukewarm water and left me for another 10 minutes without any communication. At 4 o’clock no one came so I decided to leave.very disappointing experience and wasted my time.”

  “Worst salon I have ever been to. Anyone reading this please believe the bad reviews. I went in for acrylics and let’s just say they charge professional prices but don’t provide professional services. The technician has cut my skin on my finger and the acrylics are so bulky and uneven. Ugliest set I have ever got. Please don’t waste your money. They are so rude as well in there like they’re invincible or something . My finger is in so much pain because of the deep cut”

  “Have been going to this salon for years and years and even though I live super far away now, I haven't found anywhere else where the services and people are as lovely as here. Some of these reviews seemquite unfair - why shouldn't they speak in their own language to each other, wouldn't you? Treatments are lovely and so are the people.”

  “Terrible service 😑 I went there yesterday 16/08/2024 to get my toe done and person who was doing it just rushed my treatment 🙃 my nails look so horrible. But they remember attention to detail when it comes to money but not the service. They lack the basic skills regarding nails service no flair , anything special and they charging big money. For no reason. I won't return again. The lady who did my nails was very rude”

  “Amazing gem! Me and my mum have been going there for years and absolutely love it. The technicians are all so nice and down to earth and are wonderful to chat with. I also got their Korean facial done… girls run don’t walk! It’s one of the best facials I’ve had in my life and my skin looks so bright and clean!”
