“Came here for the first time and wasn’t not impressed with my nails. I always get acrylics done and never have any issues but this time majority of my acrylics were not put on flat- they were pointing up. I expressed my concerns to the nail tech multiple times however she didn’t fix it and said it’s my natural nail (this isn’t the case as I always get my nails done and never had this issue) My sister also got her nails done and it’s only been 1.5weeks and hers have already all come off. Would not recommend!!!! Staff do not listen/resolve issues”

I went to Anna nails on the basis of the reviews and I was really happy with the service and quality of the pedicure. The salon is clean and calm and I had an excellent gel pedicure which is lasting well. I didn’t get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was kind and professional with great attention to detail.”

“Got my nails done yesterday I loved it but the pedicure dude used some harsh scrubber. I didn’t feel much pain at the time until this morning when I saw the raw marks on my shin, it stings so bad. The manicure is 10/10 but I definitely don’t recommend pedicure here.”

On top of that, her workspace is always spotless, which makes the whole experience feel so comfortable and professional. The best part? My nails last so long without chipping or lifting, which honestly says everything about the quality of her work. And I have to say, the whole team there is just as lovely and professional — you can really tell they all take pride in what they do and create such a welcoming atmosphere.
