  “I’ve been coming here for my nails and I’m always so impressed! The customer service is amazing – everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Jenny is the one who always does my nails, and her cat-eye with chrome sets have become my absolute favourite. I get so many compliments every time I have them done! Her attention to detail is incredible, and I always leave so happy with my nails. I couldn’t recommend Jenny and the salon more highly!”

  “Update to the original review (below). The owner replied to this review 2 days ago, apologising about this oversight, and offering to redo the mani-pedi free of charge to regain my trust. I have visited the salon today, and the person in charge denied this, and retracted the apology, saying that a ‘shellac only lasts 1-2 weeks anyways’. I have also noticed that they have removed their apology from Google Maps (attaching a thumbnail as proof that there was an apology posted that they have since deleted). Think I have seen all I need to see, this is not an honest business, and take no accountability. New customers, beware! —- Unfortunately, did not have a great experience in this salon. I asked for a simple shellac a mani-pedi. The entire process took just over half an hour, and felt rushed. This led to me having to come back to the salon to get them to fix the mistakes: 1) The top coat on the left hand was applied in a rush, touching the skin, and was already starting to peel. 2) One of my toes was not painted at all. Whilst fixing this, the technician noticed that my entire left foot was missing top coat and re-did it. It has now been a week since my mani-pedi; the polish has come off from 2 toes and one finger, and is chipping on 4 other fingers. Unfortunately, this salon feels like a dice roll of which nail tech you’re going to get, as others’ reviews are glowing. Even in my own experience, in the time my technician did both manicure and pedicure, a different person received only the pedicure. The entire experience felt rushed, getting me in and out as soon as possible. Essentially feels like £60 have gone straight to the bin. Given the number of nail salons on Walworth road, I am not going to roll that dice again, and will just go to a different one.”

  “This is the best salon I’ve ever been to!! For the last two years I’ve had my nails done here for all special occasions, Graduations, birthdays, holidays and always get compliments. The nail artists are kind respectful and very skilled, they can do any design I ask for!! I recommend this place to literally everyone!!”

  “I come here everytime I want to do my nails. The staff are very welcoming and kind and nails are always perfect. The prices are very reasonable and they are also super quick but not rushed if that makes sense !! Also I got a pedicure for the first time and it was amazing, the lady was very thorough and gentle. My feet have never felt so good and soft. Definitely going to make this a regular appointment. Highly recommend this nail shop💕😊”
