  “Don’t go here – this place is a SCAM. I got gel nails done at Dazzle Nails in Ilford and they literally started peeling off in 2 days without me doing anything! When I went back to get it sorted, the lady had the audacity to say it was MY fault and then made me pay another £13 to fix HER mess. Absolutely ridiculous service. No accountability, no professionalism – just trying to rinse people for money. Save yourself the stress and your coins. Go somewhere that actually knows how to do nails and values their customers. Never coming back.”

  “Older woman did not know what she was doing and clearly has no experience doing acrylics. My nails broke 2 days after getting them done and they looked so messy! When I called up to say they had broken so quickly, I was told that it was my fault, and probably I broke them ‘at work’ despite the fact I had time 2 weeks off work when I got my nails done. 🤦🏽‍♀️The shop opens at 10am, yet when I got there I was made to sit down and wait at least 15 minutes for the woman to light a bunch of incense, and pray a bunch of times, which was quite strange. Do all that ritual stuff BEFORE the shop opens, not whilst I’m sitting down and wasting my time. Also whilst doing my nails, She stopped at least 10 times to take phone calls. I never got a refund and will never go back there! If you want terrible customer service, horrible nails - then go there. A big NO from me 👎👎👎”

  “The worse experience of my life!!! Oh my gosh pls don't come here!! i came for a pedicure and firstly my appnt was at 5 and i was seen at 5.45 and when i was called over the lady broke my toenail and then when I showed her what she'd she done, she said it was already broken!!! Customer service and acceptance of mistakes was unbelievable. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! Appalling service!!!!!!”

  “I been going here for over 6 years, by far the best place to nails done. I get the dipping powder system, they’ve always lasted a minimum of 4 weeks before I get them done again. Works for me and there’s lots of repeat customers :)”

  “The worst set of nails I ever had !!!I even told her I don't like it it's looks horrible I asked her to fix it but she refused and keep arguing afyer she gave me £2 discount 🙄I was almost near to cry because of how my nails looked after next day I seen all cracks on both hands on about 4 nails !! Now I'm just want to get the removed I paid for nothing. Also they use dipping powder instead of acrylic thays why they keep drying it between after they put activator just to save with they cheap product This is the worst nail shop unprofessional and rude!!”

  “I have been going to this nail shop from when they opened and over the years have been pretty happy with the service. However, overtime I noticed that their service has been poor of late. I recently got a pedicure by them and I was literally in the seat for 15 minutes and done!. I was surprised because my feet had not looked like they had been touched. She was clearly rushing because she had other people waiting (even though I booked an appointment). She spent no time on my feet at all and i expressed to the lady that my feet was not done properly and she responded "she cannot take anymore skin of because my skin is broken" fair enough but there are areas that are clearly not broken and she didn't bother try. I've now had to come home and file my toes down further, take of the dead skin and sand it down some more. It's bad service that because they are busy they feel like there is no need to take their time. They have also put the prices up for a pedicure with no improvement. They didn't seem to have hot water so she loading up the kettle and pouring it in my tub. Sorry to say but they have now lost a customer.”
