  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Ora Lounge! I had a fantastic experience at Ora Lounge. The atmosphere is stylish, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient throughout our visit. The cocktails and drinks were excellent, and the overall ambiance created a perfect balance between elegance and comfort.   “I honestly never expected this place to be this good. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredible, and the food...!!!!!!!! simply 10/10. Every dish was full of flavour and perfectly presented. You can really tell how much passion and care goes into every plate. The service deserves 100/100. The staff were welcoming, attentive, professional, and made the whole experience unforgettable.invr3dible seriously I highly recommend this place to everyone. If you don't come here, you're genuinely missing out on a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Everything was top, top, top. I can't wait to come back!”

  “Perfect spot for a 19th birthday celebration!We celebrated my son’s 19th birthday at Zia Pina Ora Lounge with a crowd of his peers, and it was a massive hit.The food was the absolute highlight of the night, especially the incredible variety of pizzas on offer. There were so many great options to choose from, and every single pizza came out fresh, delicious, and perfect for sharing with a group. We also ordered some of their amazing cocktails, which were expertly crafted and a huge hit.The vibrant, trendy atmosphere provided the exact energy a 19-year-old’s birthday crowd looks for. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made the whole night seamless. Highly recommended!”

  “Called the police on the owner/manager!!!! There were visibly young girls who were drunk and kept being fed more free shots. Falling over, dancing on the floor and not being cut off. Manager says he ID’d them but no one else that came in was ID’d. He was enticing them to stay longer with free shisha. Girls approached me and my friend crying to pretend to be their sister and speak to their mum as they said they were 17! Manager asked if we were uncomfortable/being disturbed in which I said to him he’s not helping the situation by not cutting them off. Offered us free desserts. Offered the table next to us shots as they were concerned about the girls and poor decision making by the manager. His staff seemed indifferent to all that was going on like it’s a regular occurrence. We asked to remove some things from the bill as we had a poor experience and he got rude, condescending to us and the ladies next to us. We were still willing to pay something and he made it very uncomfortable so we called the police who will flag to licensing. Manager also brazenly lied to police and said there was security at the door and there was not! There were other girls coming in at 12.30am and were sent away by manager as police was still there. Why would the girls enter a place that says will close at 1am?? Wouldn’t be surprised if they have breached their licensing contract. I also ordered pasta, after 30 minutes the wrong one came out. I just said I’ll eat what they brought out and it tasted horrible so I sent that back. Other tables sent back drinks so they apparently can’t even make drinks or food right. Avoid avoid avoid!!”

  “Very nice place good environment food was so tasty. It is a best place to hangout with friends Had a great experience at this lounge! The atmosphere was amazing comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends. The air and overall ambiance were fresh and pleasant, making the place even more enjoyable. The shisha was really good, with great flavor and smooth quality. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to unwind, and I would definitely recommend it!”

  “Ordered 3 pastas, came out in tiny portions for the price they were, they were all raw and got sent back to make new ones, came back and still not cooked through completely, so could not eat and felt sick after eating just a few bites. We still had to pay half price for these dishes although they were practically inedible and only a few bites were eaten. There were no other customers inside throughout the 2 hours we were there which said a lot about the environment. The place is falling apart, with holes in sofas and tape holding things together like in the pictures, as well as to cover up holes. There was also no hand soap in the toilets to use. As well as this, their last food hygiene rating inspection was carried out in 2017, which explains the raw pasta served to us 🥴. Overall, was a huge disappointment and a waste of money, would not recommend.”
