  “This chippy is a favourite with my friend and their family. They usually order from here every Friday. After the third time joining them for food I then had to decline. There’s no way I could get an upset stomach every time and that food not be the reason. I don’t know if it’s the grease or the fish they use but every time I would regret eating it. A full 24hr sickness and diarrhoea. I didn’t have chippy food in a long time thinking that my stomach couldn’t take the fat/grease/batter anymore. I went over to Mr Chips in seaside, was I ill? No Avoid this place! And I didn’t realise they had a low hygiene rating. Says it all really”

  “Really disappointed with our food, chips were bland, rissoles had so much thyme they were inedible, although the portions were good, the curry sauce was nice but with the main two components of the meal so poor it was a real disappointment.”
