  “First time at this salon and I have to say it was amazing ! Fast service barely a 10 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon, felt welcomed and comfortable by every staff member. The nails are flawless and I was very happy with the service. At the end I went to pay and I was asked if I wanted to play a game to win some discount ! What a lovely touch and 20% off for me 😊”

  “It was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The shaping was so poor and the color turned out so bad that, even though I wasted two hours of my time and £45, I’m going somewhere else today to have them removed. I’m honestly embarrassed to go anywhere with these nails. They look nothing like what I wanted, and I’m really disappointed with the result.”

  “On Tuesday morning I went to get my nails done. There was a woman there with glasses and dark hair who was extremely rude and unpleasant. I really didn’t like her attitude at all—she didn’t even let me speak. I think she might have been a bit crazy. But the men working there, and a blonde, glasses-wearing girl, were both extremely kind and polite.”

  “AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS , went today as was in town but wish I had read reviews prior ! Girl that did my Biab full set was the most Rudest person I have ever met within a nail salon setting , her attitude towards me as I went through the most excruciating pain under the UV each time was beyond unacceptable, all she could say is “ I asked if you had Biab before as it hurts under lamp “ ,,,, I have had Biab more times than I can recall in Salons around this area and never experienced pain like it , when I asked why was this happened to be more painful at this place? she didn’t reply , she also buffed one finger so prolonged I had to pull it away as it hurt a lot , she was unprofessional , rude and slaphazzard £40 !! For the pleasure I could not wait to get out even the girl sat next to said the same ,they are rude and she won’t be back , crack on they don’t understand English very convenient well you won’t get my cash again ! Shocking ! If you want a Pain free experience absolutely do not enter this Salon there are Many others that appreciate your custom and it’s pain free ( and cheaper by £7 at least )”

  “The worst nail place in Liverpool. Extremely rude and aggressive service. I've been twice and each time has been a terrible experience. And not only that, one day after both appointments one of my nails has completely fell off and I get acrylic so this really should not happen. I have came out with hurt nails with the lack of care with bleeding and swollen cuticles. When I have asked to be careful and that they are hurting me on both occasions, they ignore me, and start speaking in their native language and laughing. This is extremely unprofessional and is not a nice service to get. When asked to amend parts of my nails that I am paying for they become extremely rude and pulling my hands roughly. I have noticed that only 1 employee speaks good English and can communicate with me effectively, when trying to communicate they do not understand what I am saying and they can not respond to what I'm saying. As a service providing business in England where English is a primary language, surely it must be essential for the employees to be able to communicate effectively, not only for their professional, but if a client came in and requested a service, how can they accurately provide that without understanding a clients wants and needs from the service they are offering. My last time at the salon, one individual had to come over and correct what my service provider was doing, which is not assuring. When the nails was finished on this occasion, you could still see the line from where the acrylic was under the gel polish, when I asked could they put another layer to hide this, I was responded with a bad attitude and continuous speaking in their own language without any direct communication towards myself. A simple yes, no problem would be expected as I am paying for the service. When I asked if they could try another colour ( which I shouldn't have to do if they are using quality products ) they said no.”

  “Horrible horrible service I have ever had. The lady who did my nails was absolutely horrendous to me. She ignored all my suggestions about the nails “I” wanted instead started yelling at me at every instance. I believe there is a polite way of conveying anything. She was more interested in talking to her colleagues in her own language (There were two ladies in the store at the time and I am referring to the one with long white nails). She kept talking in a very rude tone to me amidst the crowd. She cut a chunk of my skin while tending to my cuticles and it immediately started bleeding in spots. Absolute nightmare being in that store. Unfortunately the respect given is to be never expected back from her. On the way now to get these nails removed asap from somebody who knows how to work on nails. Just wanted to add that the lady who did my nails first was really sweet and listening as well (pink dress). Date: 27th February”

  “Extremely disappointed. The customer service was awful, and the nails were nothing like what I asked for. I felt completely ignored when explaining what I wanted. The work was rushed, uneven, and done horribly. They didn’t even cut my natural nails or clean the skin around them. When I asked the man why this wasn’t done, he said it was a different price and that this was a manicure, which was never explained beforehand. This explanation felt dishonest, as every salon normally cuts the nails and cleans the skin as part of the service. I paid £35 for this, which is shocking. Even one star is more than they deserve. I usually never leave bad reviews, but this experience was so bad that they fully deserve it. I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon at all. Also the left hand is longer the right shorter. DONT GO THERE”

  “I normally love coming here to get my nails done, but unfortunately this visit has left me really disappointed — and in a lot of pain. The first lady who filed off my old acrylic slipped with the nail drill multiple times, even filing into my skin on the sides of my fingers. At one point she took the tip off her own glove, which makes it clear how much damage was being done. The first time she made me bleed, she just wiped it with her dirty glove and carried on. The second time, when the bleeding was worse, she apologised but again just wiped at it with her glove instead of using clean tissue or disinfecting it. A second technician then took over to apply the acrylic, but because of the poor job done beforehand, he also ended up cutting me a few more times and removing even more skin around my cuticles. By this point, my fingers were already very sore and raw. Finally, the third lady (who I believe is the owner) did my design. She was excellent — very quick, skilled, and my nails themselves do look nice. Unfortunately, I’ve been left with swollen, cut-up cuticles that now seem to be getting infected. I’m now having to wear plasters on pretty much all of my fingers now. I’m really upset about this experience. While the end result looks good, the lack of care for hygiene, the repeated injuries, and the pain I’ve been left in are unacceptable.”
